Really? That's interesting . . and unfortunate . . .

Ooooooh. I wonder what it will be. Something from the apocalyptic Bricksburg? Something from the Systar System home planet? Something else entirely that wasn't glimpsed in the trailer?

Well that was expected

TLM, TLBM and TLNM got a D2C set

Systar System sounds like a good candidate considering the D2C set will be released with the first wave, so the set is not too spoilery like The Batman Movie one

Some kind of huge space set would likely be received with open arms by many AFOLs.

@Falconfan1414

This info isn’t from me it’s from @dimaks13. But as for what it is, my guess is that ninjago city ending selling well so they are capitalizing on this and will make a modular style Statue of Liberty from the trailer

If it's going to be Bricksburg d2c, there sure will be a healthy stock of tan and dark tan pieces!

Heh. Personally I expect it to be more like the Joker Manor; a version of that Statue of Liberty shanty town, probably condensed down a bit.

But a Modular Building version of that . . especially if they extended it out into a 32x48, or, dare I say it, a 32x64 . . .that would be amazing.

Could the 20 sets include polybags, GWP etc? Like the pyjama Emmet or Robot DJ from TLM?

By my count, it does, yes.

Unless set numbers are skipped, there are at least 22 system + juniors sets.

New Batman suit for TLM2 is at The Lego Movie Instagram. It's awesome, really cool new mould.

I will be getting me some post-apocalyptic Batman. That armour is wicked

Just bringing here via @tormentalous (a.k.a. The Brick Fan):

Alright, that's pretty cool. He'll probably have a hard time standing up though.

I'm seeing a new cape with holes in it. Cool.

Looks great.

The only thing I dont like is that the batman logo seems to be molded into the piece instead of just printed, which means that armor cant be reused out of the theme

I like the tire shoulder pads, it makes it stand out from the vast library of LEGO Batmen.

Nice to see the utility belt piece being reused. I hope we get a batman in the CMF.

You guys thing the tire treads will be rubber or plastic?

Rubber

Maybe dual-molded. The rest of the armor would be hard plastic

I’ve been debating this, either all plastic or rubber/plastic dual molded.

I think they'll be hard plastic.

I must admit I’ve never seen a rubber chest armour piece.

The movies themes are wacky enough to introduce something like that

The first one had Benny's helmet, Bad Cop scribbled face and Unikitty

Amazing how these set are coming out in January yet we know almost nothing about them. Part of that is due to this being the most boring "leak season" in a very long time, but still.
