Posted June 20, 20186 yr Hi! Do you know minifg parts that could help me create a medieval priest or is there even a whole figure? The parts have to be original Lego, no stickers, prints or customizing allowed.
June 20, 20186 yr + + + Obviously with head and hands in yellow / flesh / whatever you prefer. Shakespeare hair also works for bald heads if you use yellow skins. There are a few printed parts that can be used such as the viking woman CMF dress piece for reddish brown robes, Prof Sprout for dark tan, etc. You can also flip her torso around and put a cape on if you want printed torso. Can be used for fleshie or yellow skin.
June 20, 20186 yr Author Hm... I thought a medieval priest would have the same clothes as a catholic priest today. But not quite. This is what I'm lookiing for. The shakespear hair is a good idea though! myspace delete account The Shakespear Minifig is too expensive. Edited June 21, 20186 yr by ranghaal
June 20, 20186 yr I was going off the monk / friar style than the brightly coloured catholic ones. Maybe the robes from the judge over a plain tan torso and legs. To make it look priest like you will need accessories. Get a big book for a bible and make a cross using one of these on a light saber hilt or telescope. Edited June 20, 20186 yr by MAB
June 20, 20186 yr Author The robe is quite cool. This could work. Otherwise I'll stay with this version. 32 minutes ago, Lyichir said: A part like this could work effectively as a skullcap. I tried. No way. It's much to large and looks totally different. But It was worth a try. Thanks to all of you! Edited June 20, 20186 yr by ranghaal
June 20, 20186 yr Author Don't like the colour too much. I would have loved to get some similar body in white or even violett. Otherwise it will be only a small vignette. Not really worth the effort of getting a special body. I will build a part of a chapel. Edited June 20, 20186 yr by ranghaal
June 20, 20186 yr Ewald from China has a light blue / white robe. https://brickset.com/minifigs/loc018/ewald-no-chi Saruman would also make a good priest; but he’s in silly money territory https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?M=lor074#T=S&O={"iconly":0}

June 24, 20186 yr I put together this fig a number of years ago. Not thrilled with how xe turned out, but was worth the experiment.

July 15, 20186 yr I don't have a photo, but use the graduate CMF just remove the cap and replace with some hair.
July 16, 20186 yr The Dumbledore figure from the new Harry Potter minifigure line will be perfect. Any Gandalf would be good too, and you probably have multiple, as he was in over half of LOTR and The Hobbit sets.

Voldemort's torso and gown piece from the same series would also make a good green priest. Some Church of Ireland priests wear green sacerdotal vestments today as did some orders/ranks of priests in Medieval times.
