BaneShake Posted September 26, 2019 Posted September 26, 2019 So, you guys may remember the shirtless Aquaman design used for TLM 2 which never surfaced (pun acknowledged) as a physical minifigure. PURE SPECULATION, but I wonder if they might have decided to fold that design into this CMF instead of using him in a set.

Doubt it since he was the DCEU Aquaman. 14 minutes ago, RedHoodPug said: That’s not Batman, that’s a reanimated dead clone. A phrase I never thought I’d say, let alone type. Anyhoo, that’s from Blackest Night. Darkest Knight is the Green Lantern Batman. I doubt that they would put another Lantern into this line. It’s a shame you’re probably right plus the fact we already got batman as a yellow lantern. Those green and yellow 1x1 round printed tiles will probably have extras too. They're more lazy than me, and thats saying something. Batman who laughs is kind of dark too, killing his bat-family and all. 3 hours ago, RedHoodPug said: That’s not Batman, that’s a reanimated dead clone. A black lantern part would be really useful for realistic MOCS of past centuries, but I agree it's not likely

Really interesting storyline.
lego_guyon02 Posted September 27, 2019 Posted September 27, 2019 (edited) A new Batmobile set just leaked (most likely a GWP) in the usual place. It's based on the Keaton Batmobile Edited September 27, 2019 by Guyon2002
hvader Posted September 27, 2019 Posted September 27, 2019 So this Keaton Batmobile rules out the possibility that the D2C is Keaton Batmobile. I wonder what the D2C is...

DeCommander96 Posted September 27, 2019 Posted September 27, 2019 We literally just got a Keaton mobile: 76119 9 hours ago, nikhkin said: No, it's not. GoldenNinja3000 Posted September 27, 2019 Posted September 27, 2019 (edited) That’s a damn good GWP. I had to do a double take because at first I thought that was the leaked D2C. It’s very big to be a GWP but it looks amazing and if the D2C is the Keaton Batwing that would be really awesome. Edit: Just Googled the Keaton Batwing and turns out I was thinking of something completely different. Isn’t the Batwing in the Riddler Heist set based off of that one? I don’t see how that could become a 3300 piece set, honestly. Also, could the D2C be a Keaton Batmobile and the GWP is just a miniature version of the bigger set? They’ve done that with the Mini Cooper and VW Bug... Edited September 27, 2019 by GoldenNinja3000

TheBatstan Posted September 27, 2019 Posted September 27, 2019 Ok, the Jokerland Batmobile and the original 2006 Batmobile just got knocked out of the top spot for most accurate rendition of the 1989 Batmobile. THAT is absolutely amazing, it's perfectly designed and it even looks like it could fit a minifigure in it. Though now it really makes me question what the D2C Batvehicle will be since we all thought this Batmobile would be it, and Lego wouldn't make 2 of the same Batmobiles that are out at the same time, would they? And they missed another opportunity to release a Keaton Batman minifigure alongside this, which would've been perfect, which makes me wonder if him and a Nicholson Joker could still show up as minifigures in the D2C.

Robert8 Posted September 27, 2019 Posted September 27, 2019 Well that one looks great But it says limited edition so it's got to be an exclusive somehow, right?

RedHoodPug Posted September 27, 2019 Posted September 27, 2019 That’s a smart set. Now to find out how to get it. It says Limited Edition, is it going to be near impossible to get like the Bat-pod?
