And I have to agree with the rest of you, Nicholson Joker is amazing I hope the D2C contains one or two additional figures based on the Burton era films, but if the Tumbler is anything to go by, this is probably it. These two figs are so good though that it doesn’t really matter Does March sets count as winter?
Robert8 Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 (edited) It would be waaaay too early to have March stuff leaked. That has to be a CMF: look at the printing. And the leaker got him with the others CMFs Edited October 6, 2019 by Robert8

Falconfan1414 Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 (edited) The first dc set besides the cmf coming out next year is the Wonder Woman movie set so that should give you a idea Edited October 6, 2019 by Falconfan1414

From that it’s unlikely to have any other figures, let alone anyone from Batman Returns. What it’s going to be is still up in the air. Based on the Tumbler, it’s too many pieces for one vehicle, unless they are doing a Hogwarts and using lots of 1x1 plates, tiles or studs. My guesses at this stage, like everyone else, are either both Batmobile and Batwing, or the Batmobile and a vignette. At the moment this set isn’t for me. Welcome to Eurobricks. Thank you for your welcome. If it's 1989, my guess is a Batmobile most likely. Batwing seems like a bit unlikely of a choice for a D2C set.

I get the feeling it’s going to be the Invisible Jet, a shame if it’s not from the main line. The first one was a bit naff. 2 minutes ago, FastFlash said: Thank you for your welcome. As I said for the piece count it’s either massive or more than one build.
KevinMD Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 Maybe it will be a technic set with system elements for greebling. Chiron sized, PU, 3k parts easy. /fanbois would rage

Good to know it's not then One year DC gets released in January and Marvel in March then the following year they are swapped around and then the year after that they are swapped a second time and keeps alternating year after year. I keep forgetting this is a thing, my friend has to remind every year Edited October 7, 2019 by J4ck
Seasider Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 Perhaps it’s the Batmobile plus a cover to represent the shield it has? I know still likely to be way off the number of pieces. it could be the batmobile and then a stand to display the bat wing vertically to show the bat logo like in the film when it flies in front of the moon. i hope this set isn’t the batwing and a float for the joker
Cut the Kragle Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 Just seen someone selling Stargirl, Metamorpho, Simon Baz and Sinestro for £12 each on a Facebook group. Looks like this series will come with red base plates. Can't see from the photos if they have any printing like TLBM series 2 figs though.

With all the usual technic functions (suspension, steering, working engine etc), plus all the bat-gadgets (slide opening canopy, pop up machine guns, wheel bombs, etc)? Motorised? Shut up and take my money!

Hm, weird choice Blue is the colour usually associated with DC, so I wonder why they went for its competitors signature colour. Maybe it’s related to DC’s history in some way given the multitude of classic characters and costumes in the series?

I like getting the stands in different colors but the printing really limits their usability

The red bases were used as a watermark similar how to the series 19 leaflet had “16 to collect” “17 to collect” & “18 to collect” as a watermark.
dario2739 Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 Why can't I find anything about the CMF series!?!

So the red bases are either from one of this year’s Speed Champions sets, photoshopped or bootlegs then? (Disclaimer: I haven’t seen the FB pictures) Edited October 7, 2019 by Lego-Freak

He/She could have bought them from B&P. Who would $60 on the same set 4 times lol. Unless you were MOCing of course.
GoldenNinja3000 Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 I’m surprised the D2C wasn’t revealed at NYCC. I wonder when we’ll see pictures. I have to say, I really dislike what Lego has been doing lately with only revealing sets officially a few days or a week before they release.
