Stop it, now the actual reveal won't be able to live up to my now unchecked desires!

Haha it's too late for me

I really do think this set was canned, I mean:

Look all the D2C’s so far have had figures leaked and information about the set leaked as well.

Stranger Things:

Leaked that it was the byer’s house and had leaked Figures

Jurassic park;

Leaked Figures, although not much information.

Disney D2C:

Rumored to be Disney Train, Goofy has leaked. Same leak that it said was disney train said it had goofy. (Very likely)

Batman D2C

Absolutely nothing.

Its rumored that it is a august VIP release, but still nothing.

Edit: I don’t even know where the vehicle information came from.

Maybe Lego is actually good at holding leaks now since they are illegal and all.

Doubt it, I still remember  when the Harley davidson and the treehouse first leaked.

It’s not canceled

We heard zero information aside from it being a batman D2C

We have the set number, we know it’s a vehicle, and we have a rough knowledge of the price. This is a slightly unusual situation because we haven’t had any minifigure leaks but if the set doesn’t have any figures then it makes sense. Unless August 1st passes without seeing anything, it’s not cancelled.

Lego is hiding this set well I will say that

That's a good point

I can't even give you one

Y'all think the rumor of the Batvehicle D2C was actually a rumor about them bringing out the Bat-pod on VIP points? Because otherwise I don't see what this could be. Also, the two DC set's have made their way out in SDCC and on twitter and we still don't have a reveal. Not looking good for the hopes of a reveal.

and when this set supposed to be released because to my knowledge it was rumored a very long time ago.

and today is the last day of SDCC so there is a chance of hearing of the d2c set and more info on 2020 sets. That's what was said a few days ago, and isnt there a dc comics giveaway today?

I mean, the guy who designed the Jurassic Park Set said there was a cancelled batman vehicle D2C. Some people have said he was talking about something from the first Lego movie, but why would he be talking about something from 5 years ago?...

I thought he was talking about the Lego Movie 2 set he designed. He designed a giant Batman vehicle but Lego decided not to make it a set, it wasn’t cancelled, it was just never developed.

Second Lego movie and there is a picture of the thing he is talking about

Not the first, the second.

There was a bat-vehicle that was cut from that film, the concept model was shown off, which is probably why that one was cancelled

Am I the only one who hasn't seen Lego movie 2?

This is probably what the designer was talking about

They could release that as the d2c?

Fairplay Mates, I retract what I said

i hope this set isn’t cancelled. But maybe it doesn’t have Minifigs like some have said. Although in this day and age of Lego I’d be shocked if it didn’t have an exclusive fig

I think most people give up hope because LEGO had a few good moments to reveal the set (80th anniversary or this week at Comic Con), the release date was June/July/August and since there is literally nothing besides a setnumber and a Brickset listing, it's hard to believe the set is coming. In all seriousness, how many times have D2C leaked and in the end it was canceled or changed to something else (let's say from Batvehicle to something else SH related)?

I can’t but Lego has tightened up on leaks getting out this year so if it was any other year this happened I would agree with you.

Not this late into the design cycle, impossible/too costly.

I hope so but I doubt it. If they did release it, it would probably be under a TLM2 D2C set number.

DC had some pretty cool builds on display for SDCC.
