SheepEater Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 Thanks for the suggestion, but that won't do, obviously, because we need a skull with a standard "happy" skull pattern, but Lego hasn't made them yet in black. Those black skulls look far too evil for Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru. I want these in black! Quote
Commander Colt Posted August 8, 2012 Posted August 8, 2012 (edited) I have to put in a vote for the clone commando troopers as the!y are one division of non standard clones that look really cool and different and aren't individuals and so can be added in large numbers without confusion to an army! http://images.wikia.com/starwars/images/a/a5/RC_copy.jpg Edited August 8, 2012 by Brickdoctor Oversized picture converted to link. Krulis Posted August 8, 2012 Posted August 8, 2012 I hope Lego would remake: -master Yoda (non CW, olive green) -count Dooku (non CW, Draco Malfoy hair in grey or white) -Tusken rider -general Griveus (ep III, CW mould in white) -clone trooper (ep II) Quote

The four members of Delta Squad each have entirely unique deco jobs on their armour. 38 is in orange, Scorch in yellow, Sev in Red and Fixer in green. And there really is only four of them* in the whole galaxy. In Lego they'd look a bit like this: Actually that version of Scorch needs a touch more yellow. But still. You get the point. The Commandos were specifically created to have MORE individuality than standard clone troopers, and deviate the most from the Jango Fett pattern. Indeed, other than 38, they all have different voices. *yes, in the darker corners of the EU there are other Commando teams, but they've not been depicted in the more 'mainstream' media of films/TV/games Quote
Wedge09 Posted August 8, 2012 Posted August 8, 2012 (edited) I'd like to see: Grand Admiral Thrawn Admiral Daala Admiral Pellaeon Ace imperial pilot Baron Soontir Fel (maybe with his TIE Interceptor with red strips) 4 of the most important people in the Empire after the death of the Emperor Palpatine Edited August 8, 2012 by Wedge09 Quote
Bilbo Baggins Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 I am most looking forward for redesigned Yoda and Count Dooku, both no CW. Quote
Stormtrooperless Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 I think Mara Jade would be an awesome LEGO fig to have. It would be easy enough to put her in some random EU ship along with Luke. ALSO! Grand Admiral Thrawn! Quote
wesker Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 I'm looking forward to updated versions of Yoda and Dooku too. As I mentioned in the other topic I really hope a new Yoda has a plastic head like the original figure instead of a rubber head like the CW figure. Hopefully we'll also get a new Slave Leia in the next year or so. A new headpiece would be nice with a printed gold clasp and the braid hanging over the shoulder. Sort of like this: Quote
FireWorm Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 could we get Dart Bane, or Darth Millenial (three eyes) Quote
DFOL Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 There are a number of well known Star Wars characters from the Expanded Universe that people would be very interested in, like Darth Bane, Darth Nihilus and Revan to name but a few. I think TLC is aware of this, but the big questions are: Is there a good building set concept for these characters? And will such a set appeal to a large enough target audience to make it viable for release? Quote

I think TLC is aware of this, but the big questions are: Is there a good building set concept for these characters? And will such a set appeal to a large enough target audience to make it viable for release? I think the current priority is to re-design and re-release older sets, while keeping pace with the developments in TCW, not mention that the TOR line may be continued. So I think yes, such sets have some potential, but I don't think that they are Lego's priority right now. Quote
streifen Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 With rhe release of Jabba's Palace and the skiff, I would luke to see more minions and henchmen of Jabba eg Ree-Yees, Weequay, etc. If not, it is just the usual culprits in the palace. Quote
Ki-Adi-Mundi Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 I'd like to see more aliens: - Ugnaught - Rodian (Greedo) - Gran (Ree-Yees) - Sullustan (Nien Numb) - Duro - Quarren - Bith It is not by chance that i only chose (some) species being shown in the cinematic movies. Specific characters are named. Quote
Bobsy Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 It requires a new droid head mould, but HK-47 and HK-51 would be great. The two could make up one half of an Old Republic battle pack. With more Sith or Republic troopers making the other half. Quote
legotrader Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 Aunt Beru and Uncle Owen - calcinated remains. Haha, sorry i had to laugh at this one, but such a big part of the story. Maybe all in one set, before an afters. Quote

I always wanted Ann and Tann Gella (the blue twins working for Sebulba in TPM) and Lyn Me (white dancer from ROTJ Special Edition) Quote
Runcible Brick Posted August 19, 2012 Posted August 19, 2012 Top of my list would be a proper Ten Numb and Max Rebo. Quote

(Character names, pictures and which video they appear in, if anyone's interested:) Shae Visla(Female Mandalorian Bounty Hunter - Featured in Hope and Deceived). Ven Zallow(Male Jedi - Featured in Deceived). Eleena Daru(Female Twi'lik companion of Malgus - Featured in Deceived). Kao Cen Darach(Male Zabrak Jedi - Featured in Deceived). Nico Okarr(Male Smuggler - Featured in Return). Jace Malcolm and Satele Shan have already been made into Lego, along with Malgus and T7, so I don't think there would be anyone else. There's a tonne of people actually in the game, that could be used, but if I were Lego I'd stick to the promonent characters that were featured in the advertisements and in promotional material, as the two Lego SWTOR sets are essentially advertising the game. Oh, and in-case anyone wanted to watch the three cinematic trailers: Return. Hope. Deceived. I'd recommend you watch them in that order, as I believe this is the order that they would occur in, time wise. ((EDIT: OH wait, they could also do Malgus' master: Darth Vindican(Sith Pureblood - Featured in Return. Edited August 30, 2012 by -sigma- Quote

For starters, pretty much every character in those videos is barely a character (with the exception of Satele), but rather a game class concept that's got a little out of hand. Malgus was Sith Warrior concept art (Eleena Daru is Vette with a few minor changes), Jace Malcom was a Republic Trooper concept, etc etc. Incidentally, Lego backed out of having the Republic Trooper in the Striker set "be" Malcom, as the resemblence is... well, non-existant. He's white, for instance. A better idea (and probably one that would sell better) would be the companion characters for all the classes. Although a couple would be difficult as they'd require new moulds (Khem Val being the worst offender), the majority would be easily doable with current pieces. More importantly, it would require the heads, hats and torsos required for people to make their own characters. So far, you can switch Malgus's head to make a Sith Warrior, but that's about it. Quote

I know that they're pretty much concept designs to represent characters, but I think that's the point. You can't really make a lego minifig based on a design that is meant to be pretty much, not designed as of now. They could give us parts to make our own characters, but we can do that already without them making it official, if anything, them making it official would be hindering as the parts they'd give us would be really miniscule. I can see companions working though, and would love a few of the new molds they'd have to do to make them. (Chagrian for Rusk please~) Quote
