Does the Darth Vader coming in the next set (with him, palpatine, and his messed up burned self) come with the helmet that can be taken half off? I still don't have that version of Vader.

Yes, it comes with the updated Vader helmet, but as far as I knowit has a different face under the mask than the other new Vader figs do.

It's just the burned anakin face, which is accurate for that scene. Speaking of burned anakin, it would be cool to get a mold of him chopped up eventually.

I think this is the closest we'll get to chopped up Anakin. I somehow think Lego won't go for someone whose just burned alive and is missing his limbs. I agree it would be cool though!

(P.S. tks Goonmo for the answer)

Now that we have updated hair molds for most of the OT characters, will we get new hair molds for Obi Wan and episode 6 Luke? Do you think that the regular hair mold looks okay for these characters?

I think that the basic man hair suits Luke (Jedi knight) well enough. The fringe is the main part of that haircut and is matches up pretty well. The same goes for old Ben. The basic man hair is not exact (and alecs wig is all over the place during the movies anyway) but it's still pretty good and there are a lot of other pieces I would like to see made before a new piece specific for either of them.

i did notice recently though how different Obiwans mullet in episode 2 is from the piece they used for his hair. It doesn't really look right at al, because there is no mullet to the mullet, all the hair is off the collar. This is most obvious when he gets soaked on Kamino and you can see how long his hair is. Of course a padawan piece has been sorely missing for nearly 20 years now and would be more than worthwhile (would add a lot to the otherwise underwhelming padawan obiwan and anakins from episode 1 and 2. There simply isn't any other piece that even evokes that hairstyle with the short combed up hair and ponytail on the back. One of the most sorely needed pieces from existing Star Wars figures imo). The piece that they are using for episode 3 obi wan isn't really close enough for me either.

I agree with all of your points. I do feel that they will eventually update the Luke and Obi Wan hairpieces, but the prequel characters need updated hairpieces much more. I don't know how long it's going to take for them to do it though (because it seems Disney hates the prequels). Obi Wan's episode 2 mullet is very distinct and needs a different hairpiece (could get one this summer, although I'm doubtful). They need to do a padawan hairpiece and they could use it for basically any padawan. I'm hoping that Lego makes TLNM Lloyd hairpiece in dark brown for episode 3 Anakin, which would benefit him greatly. Lastly, I was watching episode 3 recently and the hairpiece that they use for Obi Wan's hair was not as accurate as I thought. His hair is pulled back and the front of his hair waves to the side and goes along with the rest of his hair going back. Sorry for the long post. Here's a picture for reference (although it's not the best)

No no problem.i really want to see more prequel sets and for that reason am really excited to see the JSF with booster ring. Like you said, it's unlikely but maybe Obi will get some new hair in that set, and maybe even a kaminoan! Instead, there is garbage like the Quadjumper (literally onscreen for 5 seconds and none of the mini figures are new ) and free maker sets (utter waste of space and new moulds, save for the bounty hunters and quarrie) . That ninjago piece is great for ep3 anakin as well. I'm certain they'll make that in dark brown for him when they make some more ep3 sets (how good would a mustafar set be with pregnant Padme, obiwan, anakin, pre-toast vader, a separatist leader and one of the droids be)

That MOC character from freemakers is pretty cool. We definitely need a new Mustafar set soon. I'm sure that Lego will make that though. I hope that the young Boba has Han's new hair in black.

I know we're getting what looks to be an Imperial General in 75184 : Star Wars Advent Calendar later this year.
But I would love to see more Imperial Officers, like an Imperial Navy Commander:

...or an Imperial Lieutenant (with an outfit like the one Cassian Andor wears in Rogue One):

I hope LEGO makes a new Obi-Wan Episode III hairpiece, could work for Old Ben too:

Yeah, yesterday I thought that. Their hair is very similar (they did do that on purpose though). I just hope that we get episode 3 sets soon (please not some weird trooper battle pack). Some characters definitely need some updates for hairpieces. Lego has improved significantly so they should show it in the Star Wars line too. If they don't want to make dual molded arms and legs that is okay, but at least make the characters look accurate.

Speaking of Obi-Wan, am I the only one who thinks Dark Orange doesn't really do him justice? It seems too... bright I guess? I'd say Obi-Wan's rather a blond than a ginger. Sadly, I don't even know what color (of those represented in LEGO) would fit. Thoughts?

Well, Obi Wan definitely has orange tinted hair. I would like to see them make the hair abbot darker, but definitely don't make it blond. Blond would not work well for Obi Wan.

I was also thinking that since Han has a new hairpiece they will need to make a new carbonite Han piece. I hope they try something new with it. Mayb make it hinged so it can close all the way and not show Han in the back. They will probably not do a Han in carbonite for awhile though, because they won't want to make a new piece for him.

New Rebels trailer shows us more Saw Gurerra and Two Tubes, and they'll appear in a few episodes! Possibility of Saw minifigure in Rebels set is very high now! And maybe new Kallus as a rebel minifigure?

I would love a Saw Gurerra figure. I hope they do some more Rebels sets too (as it's the final season).

I wish TLG can focus on Rebel season 4 in the first wave of 2018. It's very disappointing they ignore the whole season 3 by just doing 1 set, we don't even have Sabine new hair piece.

A new "original" accurate Max Rebo would be kind of comical. Just because I'd be interested how they would do him.

Yeah that would be an interesting figure to see.

Well, at least we got Thrawn. I hope they make another ghost for the last season (because we probably won't get any more sets after the series). And the ghost could be in scale with the new phantom.

I really hope we get more Rebels sets as well. The problem is, we know we aren't getting anymore this year so the only chance is January 2018, but with the Last Jedi just having been released and the Han Solo Movie shortly coming up, it seems even more unlikely.

I'd hope to see Governor Pryce and a new Kallus, maybe using Han's hairpiece.

I want a new Zeb with the animal legs (legs from saytr/faun or gremlin) and maybe dual molded arms. Also a character I really want, but we probably will never get is the Bendu.

When are finally getting Seventh Sister?

Sadly, we probably never will. Unless they release all of the characters that are wanted before the show ends. Or come back to Rebels in a few years (like TCW).

Personally when episode 8 comes out I'm interested in Snoke, it would almost be cool if he was larger in some way, since supposedly he is taller in the movies. That would be near impossible. Also what about a new Count Dooku, I feel as if he is due to appear in a set sometime soon. Also a few more figures we need/I want:

Commander Cody

Boss Nass

Magnaguards

More Naboo guards/Gungan battlepack

Ki-adu-Mundi

Kit Fisto

Kaminoians

Possibly an Episode 1 Palpatine

Nemodians

Whoops, so sorry my first post was meant for general discussion. Thanks to Vaderfan2189 and Franklinw1234 for bringing it to my attention :) sorry for the mix up.
