Those new iron man armours really needed arm printing...

MK5 most of all, the way the silver carries down the arm. Bummer but if no arm printing means more figs so be it.

Mk5 would work fine with the Silver Centurion arms - the polybag is expensive but it would work from the front. Alternatively Deadshots arms from the Gotham City Cycle Chase might work (Depending on the shade)

Seems cost prohibitive and I say that having a spare to mess around with. I don’t personally mess with figs like that but you’re right that is a solution.

Arm printing is not a given. Plus the figures look good with out it.

Its a matter of perspective. I think they are not look good, there is something missing. My opinion is that the lack of arm printing on these otherwise detailed figures brings it down in final result. Its just lazynes, to create suchb detailed torso and leg printing and left arms blank. And there is still the mk1 helmet. Such waste of oportunity to bring trully great Mk1 armor.

Mark 1 and the black suit don't really need them, but Mark 5 definetely does!

Mk1 maybe dont need it but certainly thet fig itself would be better with some body wear accessory to be more bulkier.

I agree, they should've given that figure a piece like the one the CMF Footballplayer has. And then put a print on that piece

Yes it is a matter of perspective. However it is unfair to call Lego lazy due to not performing to your level of expectations when you aren’t the audience that they are making these products for.

Its not unfair at all. Lego is lazy more and more often. But its all about money / budget...

Some people are never happy. We’re getting three suits that we never expected to see especially due to the fact that they aren’t in the movies anymore, with detailed head to toe printing and new colors for parts, and yet there’s still complaints of laziness. Not every minifigure can have arm printing. I’d rather have three suits with detailed torsos and legs than one or two suits with side arm printing and side leg printing.

But LEGO being lazy is just your opinion. Legos core audience are children who more than likely don’t look for those things in their figures. Since kids don’t care about arm printing Lego isn’t going to put it onto all figures because it cause it means more money that they would be spending per set. This would mean that they couldn’t make as many sets which means that they would loose out on money since some kids don’t like Marvel and would prefer to get sets from other themes. LEGO therefore does things to keep their market buying their products and shouldn’t be called lazy because they don’t do what you want. You aren’t the one keeping LEGO       afloat. If you don’t like the lack of arm printing then don’t by the sets.

Of course it's about money/budget, it's a company. They can't just pour an infinite amount of funds into every theme. They have to evaluate how much they can spend while still remaining profitable, and get the most out of that amount of money. Sure a lack of arm printing may make a less accurate figure, but it saves them a lot on manufacturing costs, and 99.99% of their consumers aren't going to care.

Exactly. Some people make no since. The iron man armors ar already detailed and look great

You contradict yourself in this comment.  We have no idea what the budget was and we have a lot left to see.  It's not being lazy if there are budget and time constrictions.  I think everything we've seen so far looks great.  I think alot of you guys are spoiled by lego's recent minifig designs.  I remember the days of generic heads, limited torso prints and limited helms/helmets etc.  I'm just happy to be getting my favorite superhero's in my favorite hobby.  I never thought we would get lord of the rings and we did.  I really can't wait to see what they design next.  The amount of new moulds they come out with every year now is ridiculous.  I think whatever we get is fine with me I just love building and MOCing so whatever we get is welcome.

So Bois, who do you think will be the 4th or 5th figure in this set? Any guesses?

Well definitely Tony stark and pepper Potts in the rescue armor

I don't think they'd put rescue in the Hall of Armor. She's already gonna be pretty desirable, they'll probably put her elsewhere.

As if to say the mark 1, 5, and bones armors aren't desirable?

These 3 armours are all I know about this £60 set, and I already know it'll be a day 1 purchase. So I'd say they're pretty damn desirable

Plus it would be odd for LEGO to put so many similar minifigures in one set (as in 4+ characters with Iron Man armor), it seems that they try to give a good assortment even in the smaller "battle packs". Plus both collectors and kids like Iron Man suits, so they'd probably want to not put the majority of them in one set.

My point exactly. Plus given the name RESCUE, I highly infer she will have something to do with Tony surviving the return home from Titan, it makes sense to include her in a set with Tony Stark. Also, the suit she wears isn't weaponized so what purpose would she serve in another set battling along side the other avengers? But that is just my 2 cents and obviously I could be wrong
