It's probably more just an attempt to keep on the cutting edge of real-world developments in space travel, so I wouldn't expect any actual aliens to show up whether as friends or enemies. I suspect there will still be some fantasy/sci-fi elements, but based on the set names it'll once again be the type we see all the time in City/Town mining and exploration sets, where the researchers are hunting for mysterious and sparkly crystals rather than stuff like rocks/minerals/ice samples that, to kids without background knowledge in that field, wouldn't really stand out as anything special or important. 1Panda Posted January 29, 2019 Posted January 29, 2019 Mars mission sounds great ! Also I wonder if one of the space sets will include some new or old animal like a dog or chimpanzee since we sent them in to space before us although I’m sure this won’t happen but it would be interesting if it did. although I was hoping for a farm theme since the last one came out ten years ago......... Klaus-Dieter Posted January 31, 2019 Posted January 31, 2019 Yesterday zusammengebaut gave in their video some more infos: The Opening Of The Donuts Store will include a donuts store, a small toy shop, a crane, a taxi, a city coffee bike, (when you search for "city coffee bike" on ecosia.org, you'll find pics what that supposably shall be), TV team and police. The Fairground Minifigures Pack will include small versions of an ice cream stand, a shooting stand with stud shooter and three targets, a duck ring fishing stand with a new duck mould and a "Hau den Lukas". There'll be a clown on stilts. And the torsos will be very well fitting. I can't await to see some pics of these two sets from NY Toy Fair in 2,5 weeks! Quote
