Johnny1360 Posted November 10, 2018 Posted November 10, 2018 (edited) Now that was funny, mega quote. Edit: Having reread the review I see that @Jim states with some dismay the computer parts get covered with panels never again to be seen. You do realize of course those panels are actually doors right? Also you say the propeller hits the eye stalk, I think you may be improperly placing the drone or you have inadvertently placed the crossblocks that it rests on incorrectly, mine had no such issues. I bought this set with some reservations, don't really care for it's looks but I really needed the tires and bucket, after building it I actually like it quite a bit. Thanks for the very well done review Jim. Edited November 10, 2018 by Johnny1360 Quote
Jim Posted November 11, 2018 Author Posted November 11, 2018 You mean doors as in panels, to cabinets with electronic components, right? That is what I was thinking. Computer parts isn't a suitable description. Pretty sure I built the block correctly, but you could very well be right. I have seen other people with the same issue though. Quote

Yes doors or hinged panels, okay electronic components that control the machine, probably supposed to be batteries I guess. Anyway you mention in your review how cool they look only to be covered up and only visible by peering through cracks. That was the only reason I asked about the doors. As far as the prop hitting the stalk I can make it do that if I bend the stalk forward but otherwise all propellers spin freely. I have heard others complain of this as well and it puzzles me why I have no such issue, even to the point of triple checking my build with the instructions. Quote
