Best Sites To Commission Custom Minigifure Accessories From

I am wondering what sites are the best to commission custom minifigure accessories from. In regards to the word “commission”, I mean asking for a custom molded, not printed, accessory for a minifigure, and not ordering whatever preset customs they have. Currently, I am looking toward BrothersFigure for the commission I need, and have emailed them asking about how their process works, but are there any other sites I can specify commissions from?

Also, in regards to BrothersFigure, how long does it take for them to respond to email?

Do3d.com has all sorts of 3D printed files intended for human sizing, but I e-mailed them and they were willing to design a minifigure-scale version of one of the helmets, so they may be able to work with you, depending on your request. That being said, they have been excruciatingly slow at getting it mailed out, and when they finally did the first one never even arrived so they're having to make another one to ship out, so be forewarned that it won't be a fast process.

I totally depends on how many parts you want made, what quality you want (which influences the way it is made), whether something is licensed, whether you give them the rights to sell the part to others, and so on.
