I like the helicopter but not sure about the jet. A swing-wing aircraft normally goes from straight to swept back wings, going from swept forward to swept back wings is just odd and wouldn’t give any advantages. You can do swept forward, nasa had a jet years ago like this.

are other boxes now out in the wild?

The police car was also there, but he didn’t realise these were part of the new wave so he didn’t take any pictures. We’ll probably see the soon, though.

Link?

Do not ask for links here. Reminder not to do that is literally at the top of every page in this thread.

@Frequenzberater if your picture was taken in a regular store, it is okay.

I have a hunch that the 3x7 white panels will appear again in the Porsche.

And that is probably set 42092 uses white liftarms 1 X 1...

Okay Imma take the risk and maybe get the axe for myself later. Here you go. Save them before they get shot down (pun). The box is out of the cat now.

Thank you for the images. This model is a nice surprise: handsome and good size model with some good and playable functions. Looks like an evolved and more mature version of the 8046 from 2010.

i like the powerboat but the police car is just weird. Looks like a police car married to an F1/roborace car.

looking forward to better pics of the bigger sets

Ok the heli looks really good. Does the 42090 and 42091 have a pullback-motor or something like that? The rear axle and the housing looks strange.

Or like a 24 Le Mans car. Has nothing to do with a police car imho.

Yet they do. The well-known DBG pull-back motor box is clearly visible at 42091. I do agree that 42091 is a mini "police 42039" whereas the 42090 reminds me a longer version of 42033+42034 pickup. It looks rockish-outlaw like 42064 but the front looks strange.

It’s just cool factor, don’t think in to it too much.

Also, getting real LMP vibes off that blue pullback, won’t buy but I dig it

I like the helicopter. It looks great and the functions are also good. There is creative part usage to get the shape. I may just attempt to reverse engineer based on the box picture. Should be fun.
