 Hi! I’ve been working in a replica of your work. I liked your idea very much. Here are some photos of the progress. I’ve done all based on your photos. My main problem is how did you manage to create the main rotating mechanism with the turntable and all the pieces that go above the turntable. I am not able to Connect the 100% horizontal, the beam that carries the 12T gears and the small 8T gear that turns the turntable. Do you remember how did you solve it? Thanks!

The beam that goes through the middle of the turntable is only connected to a serie of 12T to go to the side of the turnable. The upper part is just placed on top of the turntable.

I've found a photo with the upper part separated from the base. It may help you to see how it works:
