I think it's pretty similar. It isn't a mirror it's a curved ring so we see it differently! That's why the tree looks so big and the tower looks so short. No need to worry imo

And remember that the leaked pic could very well have come from an early product survey, so the final product might have significant differences anyway.

There are definitely differences. For example no trees are to be seen next to the pergola.

It looks like they cut out the bridges, the waterfall, and some trees. That’s disappointing. I desperately hope they didn’t cut out any figures

See above, reflection flips the image and the round ring distorts it.  It looks the same.

 

however, and per @Balrogofmorgoth It looks like the trees and waterfall changed, let’s home we get as many minifigs as the original.

Do you think the bridges are just cut off in the shot?  Looks like none of the lower section shows up in the new picture?  The trees around the gazebo look to be missing which is too bad if true

Don't let them gaslight you. Yes the ring distorts things. It doesn't make then disappear. There are differences between this image and the leak. Only the final reveal will tell us which have been moved around, etc. But in the leak the trees next to the purgola are taller than the purgola itself. No matter what angle or distortion you apply, they are absent from this teaser. May be in the final product, we the public don't know yet. Not a huge deal either way for me, but as others hopeful that all the minifigs made the final cut.

Here's the screencap Promobricks posted. Y'all can vertically flip it to compare it to the leak more easily.

The distortion is really strong, so don't jump to conclusions y'all. It's just another couple of days until we'll get a proper look at it.

I'm certain that we'll still have the waterfall or that lazy river or whatever. No way they cut that out. Same with the figures, they'll all be there I'm sure

Very excited to finally see this for real, after all the leaks and rumors.

I also find it absolutely hilarious that the ring is distorting our perception of the set. Twisting our minds, so to speak!

I think it’s mostly just a different angle and the background that’s making it look different. (Along with the distortion)

The bridge is definitely still there, it’s just blurry and distorted. And like people have said, it’s a computer model, so the reflection might be a little weird. 
Maybe they fine-tuned a few things, but it definitely looks extremely similar if not the same as the leaked image.

It looks almost the exact same, the leak definitely wasn’t fake. If they changed anything all they did was change a few brick colours or building techniques, that’s it. But that also might just be down to the distortion and colour filters on the CGI model.

I don’t think it’s fake, but it was a preliminary image, and the final design may have some differences. I personally hope those differences are mostly due to distortion and partial obstruction though

I disagree. It's heavily distorted and there aren't a ton of differences

There’s no bridge visible. If it’s there, it’s hidden somehow. But theyre not in the teaser picture
