I just bought the two minifigs, review will be dropping A.S.A.P!

Noice!

Not really feeling the bear, but that knight is ACE. The trans blue sword is a nice touch. These are obviously shots from the pamphlet, the hype is real!

Print-wise, the bear is strangely simplistic for a CMF. :def_shrug:

Yeah, that seller KNOWS what the other figures are... :excited:

The "Rainbow Bear" is sort of a homaged fusion of Fabuland and Paradisa in a way.

Looks like a care bear to me *huh*

Yeah, it is. Guessing it got the short straw budget-wise. I'm just not a fan of the shades they chose, and it might look better in in vibrant/more traditional colors. I admit the color of the photo is probably a bit off, though.

Pffft, of course, so that's the inspiration... :def_shrug:

I suppose the desaturated colors give the figure a "vintage" look?

I dunno, the varied colors and different colors for limbs reminds me not unpleasantly like plush toys such as Beanie Babies.

Also, I might be wrong, but it looks like that curved rainbow tile matches the colors of the two tiles from Trafalgar Square, which should allow for some neat patterns!

Could be, could be.

I suddenly have the urge to shout out the Care Bears Countdown, lulz.

Heh, that too makes quite a bit of sense, especially considering that sculptor Gitte Thorsen is a collector of Teddy Bears.

From what I understand she has stopped working with Lego after 35 years to open the teddy bear museum, so maybe it is a tribute to her

Oh god!

Can you ask the seller a pic of the whole leaflet!

.........

The Knight looks AMAZING

Where has the pic gone? I can’t seem to find it anywhere.

Also if it was the leaflet, what was the color? I’m so eager to finally see some new minifigs

Looks like 2 figs have leaked; some kind of monster knight and a rainbow bear *huh*

That tile the bear is holding would work perfectly with the tiles in Trafalgar Square.

You just brought stolen property.

Crap, it's undead Basil the Bat Lord!!! :distressed:

Basil was one of my favourite figures as a kid, so I'm all for a semi revival in the CMF range.

And sweet Ra this looks amazing! This is why I love the non-license/movie tie in CMF range so much! I'd say this is easily one of the best-looking figures I have seen in a VERY long time, and can't wait to get at least one for my collection. The bear also looks good and is one I'll get, but as "Warrior" and "Horror" figures (which this is a wonderful mixture of) have always been my favourite from the CMF range, it plays second fiddle for me.

I can't wait to see the rest of the range.

Not exactly, MandRproductions bought Apocalypseburg like 2 months early, it doesn't necessarily mean it was stolen.

Yes it does.
