Work on the shark cannon has started.

Here is some information I know about the Garma Mecha Man:

• Some of the parts inside of the Garma Mecha Man are more apparent in the short Shark E. Shark: Which way to the ocean?
• The head is attached by a ball-and-socket joint. The joint can be seen in the promotional material: Please put on your 3D Glasses
• There are 8132 pieces that make up the model.

@GLAP23 how do you make your MOCs look like the real thing?

Anyways, I went ahead to create the hot dog stand from the movie. The bottom was somewhat hard since it isn't possible to put the wheels the way they were in the movie, same with the hose piece that goes through the hot dog on the top which is why it looks like its missing a piece on the side, unless there was some way I couldn't figure out. Otherwise it is movie accurate.

I always thought it was interesting that they used the octopus piece for it. Good job.

I also constructed the small boat that appears quite frequently in the movie. I am also planning on building the beer skiff that lego technically made but it will be built accurate with sources from the game, the book, and the movie.

@Mockitty I pay attention to the details by examining each frame in the movie. Not only do I use the movie, but I also use promotional material, Making of the Movie book, and the Video Game.

The left arm of the Garma Mecha Man is almost finished. Over 600 bricks make up the arm as of now. I just need to add the sides and more details to the cannon and it will be done.

That´s such a cool build, i wonder if it was once planned to be an actual set. It definitely has the quirkyness of one. It´s a good build, it´s realy goaaaaaat! :D

 Anybody knows a good way to generate building instruction other than LDD? (wich is quite buggy)

@Matteo Nottoli I used the Stud.io building instructions generator to build my MOC of the padawan school bus. (https://www.bricklink.com/v3/studio/design.page?idModel=94916) It's not hard to use : you have to create the steps and then do the esthetic part.

Thank you but i guess its not working on the imported models. I tried to generate the instruction for garmadon shark walker but since i haven't build it i don't have the steps of the construction. How can i do? 

@Matteo Nottoli It's not automatic. You're gonna have to create them. My advice to simplify the task is to create sub-models by selecting the different parts.

Seeing the recreations of the GLAP23 mechs has motivated me to continue with the garma mecha man as there is now more reference material, however progress will be slow as I am still adjusting to my available time

As for the ice tank, I don't know whether to drop the .lxf file, so that somebody else can edit it as they like

Isn't there a small interior drawing the making of the movie book? Its a bit blurry but seems to look like the actual interior for the Destiny's Bounty but i'm not sure if it can be done but it looks like it could.

@Matteo Nottoli The ammo chain will be the same as in the movie, with holder plates on both ends, inside the cannon and the bottom of the tank.

I have built some of the parts surrounding the head. This mech may not be as hard to build than I thought initially.

Guys im very excited. Im getting all the 3300 pieces to build the Garm mech shark walker. Its a huge and expensive model but its a must have in my collection and it will perfectly fit in my "ninjago city under attack" diorama. I also plan to paint all the pieces that does not exist in the sand blue color.  Can't wait to show the progress. Wish me luck! 

@Matteo Nottoli I am just as excited as you are. This mech will certainly look great with your collection of other shark army vehicles and tower over the set version. Good luck building.
