Okay, I myself consider my version of the mech to be a bit flawed, I'll be waiting anyway when I launch the replica of the  Garma Mecha Man Glap23.  I'll keep working on Destiny's Bounty

The mech is divided into three parts I hope that is not a problem, I saw an inaccuracy on the legs and decided to disassemble it on the head, the same thing happened, its replicas are very impressive Glap23

I'm impressed this is going to be cool

I just completed the "medium" boat. It was quite a complicated build but I think it looks good.

I also just completed the solar powered skiff. I realized that the previous design had a big inaccuracy. The reddish brown pieces that make up the sides were a 16 x 2 wedge instead of 2 10 x 3 wedges. I also completed the stickering on the model too.

Mrlikesninjagomoviethings excellent work. it be nice to be in the LDD files

Thanks. I really only want to build the real life models and don't really have the time to come up with a full ldd file for them.

These little models are adorable. I really wish I could add these to my collection even if I don't have space to fit more boats in my diorama. I understand that your goal is to build as many ninjago movie things as possible but you should really consider making some LDD files for the community considering that this experience of comparison and the improvement of our collection was made possible by GLAP who created this thread and shared his models with us. Really good job!

Thanks. I've considered it a lot but I do most of the models for my personal enjoyment. Thanks for the suggestions. I do thank Glap 23 for the files though. I won't post for a while considering the amount of things i have to do.

My gosh theres so many boats in the movie some you built and others.

Are you plan on building them?

Mrlikesninjagomoviethings

I plan to build at least two more boats. I have three boats completed which are a big task and take a lot more time to research than the cars and trucks that I previously worked on. I am planning on building the sea monkey and maybe another recreational type boat that usually docks in the canals. I know the sea monkey will require a lot of banana pieces.

What is the sea monkey?

@GLAP23 i am almost ready to build the super challenging shark mech. Im missing only a few pieces and i painted all the pieces that does not exist in the required color. Before i start i have a few questions: i use Lego digital designer to generate the instruction and we all know that the program is a bit buggy so i haven't understood some steps.

Where does the four inner pistons connect? The outer part is floating and i can't figure out where they attach.

Does the mouth open? By looking at the instruction it seems not able to.

How does the head connect to the main body?

Is there any floating part left?

Is there any part that cannot handle its own weight?

Thank you so much for your time

Hmm the pictures look blurry. Now that is going to be challenging

I think I have enough resources to build it.I will build a different boat before i build this one. I also have picture of the back of it as well.

The two upper pistons connect to the connector pegs on the outer side of the legs. The two lower pistons connect to the black connector pegs behind the blue ones.

The mouth does open. I just kept it closed when I attached the jaw.

The head is connected by two 1x4 plates in two of the 93606 on both sides. If it's not sturdy enough, you could try replacing them with longer plates.

  • There are 6 pieces on top of the first tail segment that are not attached. These parts are on the sides of the top connection to the main body. Unfortunately, I still haven't found a solution to attach them.
  • The parts inside the eyes are also floating, though I believe the domes will keep those in place.
  • One 1x2 plate inside the opening of the hatch area.
  • One half bush on one of the Technic flex joints.
  • I forgot to mention I have made a slight error in the modifed LXF. The platform inside the mech was not attached. This will call for two 2x2 plates and a 2x4 plate. This change has now been made into the LXF file.

The parts attaching the head mentioned above may be a problem if they are not sturdy enough, but other than that, everything seems to be sturdy.

Thank you so much. Does the modified shark walker ldd file have already the changes that you made?

Can't wait to start!

I have been busy building the Garma Mecha Man's left leg. It will take another few days to get it completed. The model is red because I'm building the structure first before I color it.

It's not possible to make a perfectly accurate model without seeing every part, so I'm doing as best as I can to build with all the references and resources available.
