@Sariel I’m genuinely astounded that the Exosuit was a flop. That set was all over the Lego Subreddit when it came out.

The issue with Exosuit was the hype around green Classic Space minifigures (I believe) and the limited number of sets (the usual numbers for Ideas set). Due to sucha huge "hype" TLG produced another batch of sets and this is where everything was ruined.

They killed the hipster factor ;)

Exo suit was SUCH a flimsy build... and when I got mine - sadly, a lot of parts had very loose clutch power.... sneeze, and they fall off

with sets like the Mack Truck, we are definitely seeing a lot more system parts than ever before, in Studless Era Technic

@JJ Tong (zfogshooterz) The Saturn V and fishing store pretty much fit smack bang in Creator. That being said I agree with you and Erik.

I guess that's a good point with the Saturn V. On the other hand, I think it might fit with Creator Expert better if it's just a generic rocket instead of being the Saturn V.

However as for the Fishing Store, I don't see how it can fit? It's not exactly Modular or Urban like the current line of Expert Modulars nor fitting to the World Building Series. And definitely not part of the Fairgrounds too.

@JJ Tong (zfogshooterz) I’m working off the assumption that Creator and Creator Expert are more or less the same theme, so the fishing store would fit somewhere between the two. If it came out in Creator Expert I probably wouldn’t bat an eye, since it’s just a detailed building.

Do the springs have to be compressed while connecting them to the chassis?

Yeah they would, otherwise if both were extended then the axle wouldn’t be able to pivot.

Not if you mount the springs on a pivot:

The springs are semi-compressed in my Jeep when suspension is level.

I've been missing from the forum for a while, just found this and want to vote for it.

Has anyone else had problems logging in to Lego Ideas.  I've re-set my password, and when I try to login it just ask me to create a profile

Then it says:

And then it goes round and round these two screens.

Help please

Much appreciated! And I'll have another Ideas project soon, so it won't be a wasted effort ;)
