November 21, 20186 yr I'm not feeling the 'Vette - maybe once reviews come out or we see it in the flesh. If its being marketed as a Corvette, it should be immediately recognizable, and this is not - better to have been a larger model or have some new parts to achieve the look, rather than compromise. So many small details are off, that the whole is disappointing. Will remain open-minded, though.

Judging from the angle it is perpendicular to the black 9L beam, not parallel as a suspension arm would have been... No, it clearly has a pin hole, not an axle hole. Also, I just noticed that there aren't that many stickers, I was expecting more. Edit: I take that back, after a recount of what's visible, I count at least 9 Edited November 21, 20186 yr by letsbuild Mistake
November 21, 20186 yr It is definately not a halfbush, more like end of a yellow beam. But still cud be also shock absorber.
November 21, 20186 yr Author I have been reverse-engineering what I can see, I'll be posting pictures later, but so far, I noticed that the front bonnet will definitely not open, the rear of the car is all tilted slightly to create a higher rear end.
November 21, 20186 yr Not sure about this one (nice images by the way, thanks). I think it would be better without the spoiler and maybe in a different colour. I also agree they should have just called it a technic super car as it does not look like a corvette (save the corvette for a larger set like the bugatti). the spoiler looks like it was an after thought and was just stuck on at the end. November 21, 20186 yr Maybe the 2019 product lineup requires a part pack set that reintroduces the curved orange 3x13 panel as well as introduces the new 10-hole orange 3x11 shell panel. And since TLG already bought the license for the Corvette, maybe someone thought hey why not wrap them all in a small scale Corvette, and add some other rare parts like orange 5x11 panel and curved black 3x13 panel to boost sales, aesthetic accuracy be damned. November 21, 20186 yr From the back it definitely looks waay better, but seems to be a little bit overpriced;(
November 21, 20186 yr Let´s break a lance for this nice little supercar set. I like: - the new versatile unspoiled wheel arches - the innovative piston engine - HOG steering - the clever designed inclined rear body part - the appearance of the #3 connectors Well done, TLG - my kids will love it and me too !
November 21, 20186 yr Given the scale I really have no complaints, besides the colour! And as I said in the general 2019 thread this new fender size could be very useful in many other places, glad they're not printed also. Don't like this style of engine but again at this scale can't use the regular ones so seeing a fake fake V8 in the front is better than nothing, and with a steered axle to squeeze in there as well its really quite a nice little set

They seem to be the same as in the London bus, but in a much more affordable set. I might get this one. Looks like a fun set, and a good parts pack for orange stuff. B-model also looks nice.
November 22, 20186 yr New small wheel fenders (2x5x7) *woohoo* edit: OH WOW 1x5x11 frames in BLACK for the rear axle (at 0:23) unless its a somehow a reflection, in the other parts of the video it is light blueish gray but this is a digital relrestnation, where as in 0:23 its real lego. November 22, 20186 yr Nice Corvette small scale supercar! I reckon front hood is movable because TLG install a 3l pin in front of it. Hope bot just for color... Yellow beams in the rear are not shock absorber. BTW are this tires new?

November 22, 20186 yr @Jurss, @Void_S Thanks! They are so narrow.. Suitable not for the supercar but for the 49 minutes ago, Jurss said: london bus Edited November 22, 20186 yr by Aleh

November 22, 20186 yr Yes, for some cars combination of narrower tires in front and wider at the back is OK. They coud've use also that combination in this case. It would be better, I think. I also used them in this combinations, because real car had also that combination
November 22, 20186 yr 18 hours ago, Jurss said: But still cud be also shock absorber. Its really strange: If it isn't a functional element and just a beam, why should it be yellow? Also in the video, i could not spot any holes. And if it is a normal shock absorber, then its even stranger: The yellow ones are the hard ones (Part 731c04), so two of them in such a light set means a reeelly hard suspension which would not make any sense at all. And also i dont spot the typical grooves on the sides. Maybe we get smaller shock absorbers? 4.5 studs would be great!
