Great job you guys you definitely deserved it.

But I wonder if saying you can get promoted by helping is the right thing to say... You don't know if people are genuinly helping because of their love for pirates or because they want a promotion. I can understand your being in need of decent 'employees' to help with everything but if somebody helps just to gain a rank, they're doing the right thing for the wrong reasons IMHO. But if it gets people to help then hey, it works!
