Welcome. :pir-classic:

Firstly, this should be in the Hello My Name is... forum; the other thread here is an older one from before the welcoming forum was created.

As for picture uploading, try these tutorials :pir-classic:

Thirdly, you'd want to be getting yourself some proper Lego; this is a Lego fan site, and does not endorse Megablocks. There are Megablicks forums out there if you want them.

Fourthly, etiquette. You'll want to stop using random smileys in the middle of your text, and start using capital letters; it earns you more respect and makes things easier to read.

If those sounded a bit harsh, let me say that you're very welcome here, providing you behave properly. Furthermore, I would be interested in seeing your Flying Dutchman and Black Pearl when it is finished. Just create a MOC thread here.

I don't know much about animation, but you'll want a good camera and tripod; if you don't have these then the outcome will be rather unprofessional.

Hello LORD PIRATE, always good to see a new member I hope you enjoy Eurobricks, though this topic should be moved to the Hello my name is subforum. . Can't say I have the same feeling as you do towards Megablocks, I got a lot a few years ago, and the quality was horriable they broke to easily, bricks wouldn't go together etc, and they stole Legos basic design, thats why I joined the EN. :pir-grin:.

I made a lego movie for a school project last year, so if you want any tips or ideas PM me, and I'll try answer as best as I can. See ya' around, and as I said have fun at Eurobricks :pir-sweet:.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Firstly may I start by saying that to make a good brickfilm you will probably need a budget of a couple of hundred dollars AUD a large amount of spare time. For instance you will need a program for capturing, editing, sound recording, sound editing, charoma keying (blue/ green screening), special effects, video conversion, sound conversion, audio/ sound effects library etc. HERE is a list of programs that you could use. However, if you think you have the patience to follow through with your film then THIS is a fantastic site to look on. It is however a few dollars a month to join but I have been asking some of the EB administrators about starting a new free brickfilming forum on EB. If you ever need any help with your brickfilming needs, e-mail me on your EB e-mail. Anyway, welcome to the forum and I hope that my new forum will be up shortly. I hope this has helped you.

Regards, Captain Zuloo :pir-laugh:

Welcome to Eurobricks. Megablocks? :look: Tread carefully in these waters, matey. I've moved this to the appropriate forum. Also, you have a very limited upload space so you will have to open a Brickshelf account and upload the pictures there and then deeplink them here. I fyou are going to be displaying MOCs here, you may want to familiarize yourself with these tutorials.

Welcome. Have fun.
