Posted February 21, 20196 yr Hi! I’m glad to show my new model. It is Grinder from Red Alert 3: Uprising computer game. Dimensions: 77 x 34 x 23 cm, weight – 4,5 kg. The Grinder has three S-bricks and ten motors: - Six L-motors for drive - M-motor for steering (articulated chassis) - M-motor for gearbox (two stages: high 1:1 and low 1:3) - M-motor for boom lifting - XL-motor for cutter Watch the funny video to see the model in action :) More photos: Flickr album: https://www.flickr.com/photos/141718063@N06/albums/72157689870626903 Thanks for watching!
February 21, 20196 yr That is one big beast! Looks really dangerous ;-) Are the wheels also ran by motors or just the tracks? Big sprocket wheels are definetly on "to buy" list.
February 21, 20196 yr Thats made me smile! I love seeing different things, a break from the norm.. awesome!!
February 22, 20196 yr I played C&C 3, but i can't remember this unit. Is this from an expansion? Nice build, looks like a real beast.

I planned to drive the wheels too, but gearbox seemed to be too complex in this case. So only tracks are driven. 8 hours ago, captainmib said: Is this from an expansion? Yes, it is additional unit.
February 22, 20196 yr Certainly one-of a kind vehicle and amazing video as always. The "camouflage" seems pefect for The Lego Movie XD
February 24, 20196 yr In my chilhood I was I fan of Command & Conquer Red Alert/Red Alert 2, but third part went past me. AS usual great & complex MOC!
