That is very cool. I must admit, I've always been a little dubious about the prospect of a Modular Lego store - I just didn't think it would work.

But, Leicester Square proves me wrong. This is a Modular which I'd be pretty happy to add to my town. And a great way to add an iconic "Lego" store to the collection.

As the parts list of Bothanical garden, just found the instructions file in one of my Lego folders again on my PC

Maybe as bricklink file or something...

It almost reached 5000 votes but I have deleted it from Ideas.
To be honest, can't justify it for myself to keep it there looking at other entries that get close to or reach 10.000 votes.

Ideas prohibits commercial use of a design until after three years of a submission end, even when deleted.
Since I'm always offering building instructions for free I don't see a problem in making instructions and a parts list in the future so I will do so.

Thanks a lot for sharing the instructions, Berthil. @The Jersey Brick Guy, I was able to download the files. Once I got a 404 but it worked when I retried.
