cjtonic Posted March 17, 2019 Posted March 17, 2019 I would like to introduce my second modular MOC to you. It represents a small tabacs / news shop with a modern luxury apartment above. It all started with some sand green masonry bricks I purchased at Legoland. This is what it turned into over three months: IMG_2648 by Christian, auf Flickr IMG_2649 by Christian, auf Flickr IMG_2652 by Christian, auf Flickr Ohne Titel by Christian, auf Flickr Ohne Titel by Christian, auf Flickr Ohne Titel by Christian, auf Flickr Ohne Titel by Christian, auf Flickr IMG_2668 by Christian, auf Flickr Ohne Titel by Christian, auf Flickr Quote
carebear Posted March 17, 2019 Posted March 17, 2019 Great Work!!! love the way you integrated a Carport! Greetings! Quote
snaillad Posted March 17, 2019 Posted March 17, 2019 A very smart smaller build! A good use of colour and the inclusion of a car port is pretty neat although If i had a Veyron I'd probably want a garage with a very thick door! Quote
eanair Posted March 17, 2019 Posted March 17, 2019 I love all of the details in the interior of the apartment Quote
adwind Posted March 18, 2019 Posted March 18, 2019 Really nice! I like how it looks on the last image next to the PR! Quote
Faefrost Posted March 19, 2019 Posted March 19, 2019 That looks Fantastic. Although I'd be leery of that Tobaconist. He looks like a Hippy, so god knows what he's peddling Quote
gotoAndLego Posted March 20, 2019 Posted March 20, 2019 Very nice. Modulars tend to look better if the first floor is the tallest. Quote
Redhead1982 Posted March 21, 2019 Posted March 21, 2019 Nice work. Considering this is your second modular you have a great way ahead. I guess you're hooked already. Mg favouritd part is the middle floor. I like its simmetry, and would probably use the same design also for the top floor. Adding a spot for the car is interesting, but it looks like a tight fit. Well done on the interiors, too. Have you considered taking a photo from above to capture the floor plan? Specially the 16 wide buildings are hard to photograph the interiors, so visualizing the floor plan is something that helps with planning the layout. Quote
