Posted March 19, 20195 yr I built this shooting stand as part of a larger Fairground theme park for the collaboration at the latest Slovenian exhibition. It's a simple MOC, but I enjoyed the challenges I was given. The idea was to create a shooting range at maximum 32x16 baseplate to fit with the display. The visitors were able to play two games, one was shooting the ducks, and the other was throwing rings to the poles to win different plush animals. These are pretty much all the different small animals I included as prizes for the winners. The idea was to have a stand with different teddy bears, but lacking them made me use other ''toys''. Despite the MOC being small, I ran out of reddish brown cheese slopes, so I had to order more from BL. So much for a challenge of making MOCs without extra BL orders. I lack imagination and was really unimaginative naming the stand (and the MOC). Initially, I wanted to make a brick-built duck, but since I wasn't satisfied with the result, I used a simpler way to add a duck to the MOC. I borrowed a DUPLO duck to name the stand ''Duck Season''.
March 23, 20195 yr The stuffed animals are beautiful ...I like the red lobster! Very nice MOC, the white clouds are a beautiful detail?
March 23, 20195 yr Another fab build! The Duplo Duck really fits a fairground build, it looks like the fiberglass models that most side-shows and rides have as decoration at the fair. The Unikitty bases are a great touch in the background. Thanks for sharing
March 23, 20195 yr I really love how you built the shack with all those cheese slopes. Also the sheer variety of small animals you used is amazing. Though I have to wonder why you didn't use any of the original parrot/ Monkey figure, as toys.
March 26, 20195 yr Ha this is great well done. I really love the gallery! And the stuffed animals lol

It doesn't look like much, but building the walls with cheese slopes is parts consuming. Honestly, I did not even think of the original parrot or the monkey figure. I'm sure the parrots would fit in nicely. The idea was to use some of those odd animals I had lying around doing nothing.

March 27, 20195 yr Nice! I love how you've done the scenes at the back of the shooting range and the use of the animals as the stuffed toys. Also, as I mentioned on Flickr, I want that duckie!

The DUPLO duck is amazing, I agree. I wish a similarly printed duck (but obviously smaller) would be made for System bricks.
April 11, 20195 yr Like I've already told you - it was really way too hidden at the exhibition to fully enjoy all the little details. My favorite is definetly the Duplo duck, but the rest is just as well. Love the prize stand with all the "soft" toys and the back walls for both games! Wll done, like usually. April 15, 20195 yr I love the little scenes with the clouds, as well as the stands of toys. I hope the exhibition was fun!
