ExoBuilder Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 He looks so...Robotic Good job, I may want to try one of these myself. Quote
Siegfried Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 I'll ask my daughter what she thinks of it when she come home from school. I warn you, she can be a harsh critic! EDIT: I asked "Who's that"... and she said "Sponge Bob. I love Sponge Bob". I think you passed. Quote
Wilhelm screamer Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 You need to shave the sides of the head down a little. Other than that, pretty good. Quote
Tanotrooper Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 Hmm... The head is wrong, as he is "square", his legs should be shorter and the body wider... TT Quote
Siegfried Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 Hmm... The head is wrong, as he is "square" I think it's OK... Quote
Tanotrooper Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 Well, as we can see in the pic, the arms are attached to the side of the head, but still maintaining it's square form. This figure narrows to the bottom. TT Quote
Athos Posted April 23, 2008 Author Posted April 23, 2008 Well, as we can see in the pic, the arms are attached to the side of the head, but still maintaining it's square form. This figure narrows to the bottom.TT You can't have it all in miniland. Personally, I'm much less happy with the eyes, than I am with the sloping. I made it sloping, mostly because the Build-a-Bob set, which I based the figure on, had slopes. Strangely enough the one time I felt like building a SpongeBob MOC, there wasn't an episode on TV (it seems like he's always on). EDIT: I asked "Who's that"... and she said "Sponge Bob. I love Sponge Bob". I think you passed. I'm glad she approved. Keep an eye out for Mr. Krabs, who will be coming soon. Steve Quote
Matn Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 Very nice. I like him. Maybe you should use white studs as eyes. Quote
Athos Posted April 23, 2008 Author Posted April 23, 2008 Maybe you should use white studs as eyes. I tried those. Thought they looked worse than the transblue. Solid blue looks ever worse. Steve Quote
Asuka Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 A fine work, I´m looking forward for your other characters from that great cartoon series.... Quote
