Hi all, 

I created a topic for idea build with set 42082 ,

A guys advice me purchase small wheels for easy create MOC. I did and this is my result today,

I build a small kart racing car with 4 wheels 43.2x22R

I've just finished steering and front side, For back side and engine are on the way, any idea for build backside could you give me a suggestion, its hard.

I'm glad you joined our MOCs community! You can rely on me if you need some advice about your MOCs!

I was expecting a cart on 94mm wheels.
It looks nice, but it is way to small for being alternative model for 42082, and use wheels which do not come in that set ;)
 

It looks that you put 42082 tires in dryer and 43.2 tires come out 

Usually C-models like @M_longer pointed out it should be based on 42082 parts...and IMHO it is desirable to use majority of parts from particular set (like 42082 in your case).

First of all shorten the rear axle. Why is it so wide?

42048 set?

I was going to suggest looking at that set as well, really liked that cart actually bought two of them. It was nice getting a two speed transmission in such a small set and honestly I don't understand why they don't do that more often. 

I also agree that rear portion is too wide almost comically so. I think that whole front steering wheel section sticks up too high, steering wheel appears to be in drivers face and reduce the angle a bit maybe.

Added some stuff

I have some updated,

rear side is shorter.

Engine connect to difference gear too ugly, still need solution
