All he did was post a picture of Ahsoka and Maul but we don't know if it's actually hinting anything. I've seen occasions in other themes where he posted something and people here assumed we were getting a certain minifig only for it to turn out he posted it just because he liked the character design or something like that. For now I'm just going to keep my expectations low and expect something recycled from the OT for the tenth time.

That's such a hilarious move by lego, especially since they didn't publicize it or anything, he just mentions "oh yeah, I said I didn't like porgs and lego sent me one".

Just saw newest pics of the LEGO Star Wars The Skywalker Saga. Almost 500 characters...wouldn't a collectible minifig series be cool?

Keep in mind the 500 characters do include NPCs, they aren't all playable. I would love a CMF but I doubt it'll ever happen

Who cares if it is a NPC? I bet there would be highly sought after NPCs. Yeah, i think there's 0% for it, too. But i bet it'd sell like crazy, if there is army building potential. Like various troopers of all factions being the "commons". Pilots, droids and officers being the uncommons, Show/movie characters making up the rare und ultra-rare exclusives.

Eh, I wouldn't really take anything from the game as a possibility of being made (I know people aren't really saying we're getting stuff from the game, but just in general).  Pretty much all of the previous games have had minifigures, locations, or vehicles that we've never gotten as sets and still haven't.  Just from The Complete Saga, we had the Naboo Royal Starship, Kaminoans, Ponda Baba, Garindan, Polis Massa, Rebel flagships, Yavin IV, etc, and none of those have been made even though that game came out like 15 years ago.

Never gonna happen. If they did that Lego will see a drop in the sales of sets. A lot of people buy the sets for the minifigures and Lego are well aware of that.

The comment was made relative to modern day Lego Star Wars prices. Thought that was pretty obvious but apparently not... 

The last version was released in 2014, had over 100 pieces less, one less minifigure, a worse interior, a less accurate design, less play features. 

I can only see a complaint that it’s £10 too expensive but even then that’s unconvincing imo. 

Not even going to get into the theory of money/pricing etc.

Sometimes I dont think they are actually, me for instance would buy a lot more sets if they actually put a descent minifigure count in the sets, but right now, repeat of sets with only 3-4 figures for 100-110 euros? And only one of them is new, doesn't sound like awareness to me.

I think @legolandia was more referring to how they spread out certain characters over sets. Like how old Lando, who is arguably (one of) the most wanted Ep9 figures, only comes in the most expensive Ep9 set

Just to clear everything up, I can indeed confirm the AT-AT is $159.99 in the US, at least. Admittedly, I haven't looked to see prices in other countries. Sorry, folks.

Also wanted to say there is possibly another 2020 set on the radar, set 75318, the set number after the Mandalorian and Child BrickHeadz.

150 Extra pieces 2 extra figures, 6 years worth of inflation? Yes actually I do call that reasonable. Lego is expensive. Licensed sets more so. If you don't like the price that's cool and you're under no obligation to get it.

However should you be someone who is new to collecting & missed out on getting an AT AT and dont want to buy a 2nd hand one for far more than £139.99 then this is a reasonable price for a 1267 pc Star wars set with 6 figures.

To be honest I dont fall into the above category myself but would consider adding it to my collection at some point too.

*EDIT Heh seems another user already said pretty much same thing oh well. Difference in opinions are what keep a forum alive be pretty boring if we all had the same point of view ?

While I like this new At-At I definitely can't see why it's way more expensive than 2014 one. I mean inflation simply doesn't work like this! And the amount of minifigure is ridiculously small for 160$ set!!! I mean 6 minifigure in this set is not enough! You can't even fill 3 empty sets in the at-at with only 2 snowtroopers. Wouls it kill Lego to put like 4 snowtroopers in this set? In recent years the amount of minifigure you get in bigger sets has decreased significantly and I hate this trend tbh.

I believe so? Its not the $100ish 775 piece exclusive. Thats 75291.

Since 75318 just popped up as a possibility, do we know if that'd be a retail exclusive as well, or was it just one of the sets presumed to be cancelled and has since been brought back onto the table?

That's unfortunate, why would they price it so high?

Set possibility is intriguing.

I have also noticed this unfortunate trend, and the confirmed price of $160 is very annoying. You are definitely correct a set doesn't go up $50 in 6 years, even with some extra parts and figures.

I think the key word here is POSSIBLY, though it does seem logical that if there is yet another set that it'd be the number after baby yoda and mando brickheadz.

I have no idea on what it could be. I have only found limited references to 75318. But if I were to GUESS (key word there) I would say it would be in the realm of $50-$90. Again, that is my GUESS based on limited information. 

Edit: As for the "retailer exclusive" aspect, again, no idea.

Just so the whole clone wars season 7 today, the first 8 episodes I could really have been without, the last four was pretty nice though. In terms of lego, I wouldn't really care that much if they make anything from the season into lego sets or not

I mean, I felt like the first 8 were just your average TCW episodes, not stellar but not that bad either, and then the last four episodes made the best arc in the show. But how could you not want the mandalorians? 

I feel like this would have been the ideal time to get another AT-TE and LAAT.

If I understood Landino correctly, he has reason to believe 75318 exists and could be coming, but has no other information he can share. @Childish_Landino please correct me if I'm wrong.

If it is coming, I think just from logic it probably won't be that expensive, seeing as we have the $80 grievous starfighter, $100 retailer exclusive, and $130 razor crest all within a month.
