Hey everybody, don't worry about "waz". He was interested in those fake previously-posted rumors because..... he was the guy who posted them!

I have a feeling he'll keep trying to come back though. He already has more than once.

For now, as if I need to clarify: no 2021 "rumor talk" until there are actual, legit 2021 rumors! "Pretty strong possibility" etc. means nothing. Most of you know that, though. Carry on.

Nah your video is fine i am talking about the troll who keeps making accounts and defending his fake list with no source whatsoever. By reputation on line i meant if you get everything wrong in your rumor or speculation video its not a big deal and by the time you grow bigger no one will even remember it,but if some big lego youtuber makes the same video and half a million watches it,people will lose trust and its hard to get it back. (as seen in these forums).

It can also be Mauls Mandalorian Gauntlet Nightbrother,this ships updated look would use around 735 parts plus minifigs. Example from Edge Of Bricks.

I suspected he wasn't legit, but he was still giving me (and I'm certain a few of us) a headache.

That's interesting, and I noted the fact you mentioned about it trying to be close to Lego techniques. I still say it's absurdly risky for Lego to make any fighter/bomber for more than $100. At this point, we're edging into sub-UCS territory. If not a Bomber, I could see an Interceptor (given it too hasn't been given an update), or hell even a Defender from 2010 (since its re-canonization), but a Bomber would satisfy a lot of folks.

Fingers crossed for a TIE, any TIE really, but also a few Clone Wars candidates. May the best guess win!

Just for piece number comparison, Rebel Builder's TIE Interceptor has only 469 pieces (very close to LEGO Major Vonreg's TIE Fighter, 496 pieces sold for $69), while his TIE Defender has 817 pieces. The Defender was seen in Rebels, and it's remake sounds very unlikely (as much as I would love it). On the contrary, a TIE Interceptor could be easily made based on Vonreg's TIE Fighter. It could also makes sense taken the last UCS and the GWP. However, I do not see it selling at $90-100. Anyway, agree that any new TIE would be welcome and sell well.

A new Defender would ne nice, especially if they include another Thrawn. Would definetely help driving his BL prices down

The june sets got their pics about a month or less before release so I wouldn't expect anything to drop untill early july

2) When it is time for a 2021 rumors thread I will start one. Please ignore/report any member made rumors thread. If you have solid 2021 rumors, PM me.
3) Just for clarification, the TIE Bomber is speculation/wishlist. It's a solid speculation based on the limited evidence we have. But the solid speculations we have here turn into Youtube's 100% confirmed rumors. So please be cautious about how much we talk about the randomly possible TIE Bomber (and AT-TE for that matter).

Yeah, that guy was annoying.

the thing about the bomber is that the wings would end up using about as many parts/cost as much as normal TIE wings, but the cockpit is bigger and then essentially doubled for the bomb bay. I think $100 would make sense.

Really hoping that we learn what that set is soon though, we could speculate until the end of time and it’ll still be something we never could have guessed.

Okay good. There was just so much guessing as to what it could be I was beginning to doubt its existence. But if it was indeed a store exclusive, it makes sense it would be more of an exclusive build. Like not an AT TE. Something like a bad batch shuttle

2018’s exclusive was an imperial landing craft from ANH... it being a store exclusive doesn’t mean much really, it could honestly be anything
