When we see pictures of Dominic Toretto's cement mixer, then I'll be interested.

So I suppose it would belong to Concrete,  Baldy & Co

I told you all it would be his classic charger :) and that was without seeing any photos.

think I’ll buy this at some point

It is tempting me, but after Covid-19 pandemic I expect financial crises worse than in 2008 (I see only China recovering fast)

So your term at some point is meaningful

I've now seen a picture of the 42111 set it's a little on the small side & granny but the image looked genuine enough. It was of the classic black charger.

Precisely I’m not doing any unnecessary spending at the moment. And buying new Lego sets will be in that list, Including the Lambo ultimate set that I’ll definitely want

Looks really cool, but I guess it doesn't have black wheel fenders..☹

Not mentioning the lack of B model

As i said this set will release as initial scheduled cause it supposed collaborated with F&F not F&F9 movie.

So F&F9 movie postponed won’t affect this set, no relationship.

Hope everyone like the set. cheers

Looks quite nice if you ask me. Would do well in our contest

Base on the wheel(Rim) it looks like Bigger than "we" expected .... that's Good ?

Looks interesting, if the release date is late april we will probably see official pics in the next two weeks right?

The smaller scale at least offers some budget for interesting internals, but given 42041s B-models, im not expecting a proper fake V8 in there if it uses those tyres.

Man, my expectations for this Charger are not high. I mean, it looks decent, at least from this angle, but the black car and dark photo make it difficult to tell. As for functions, I wouldn't be surprised if it only had steering, making it like one of the old Racers sets. Suspension is unlikely, at this scale, but a fake engine could be. So, it might end up being a $140 set with only two functions. I sure hope I'm wrong, though.

Another Technic Lego set I will not buy ... Is Fast and Furious so popular? Are they not 10 years late with this? The same for the Top Gear franchise. I thought its glory days are over. Maybe somebody with young boys can confirm if these franchises appeal to them ...

This looks to be a pretty well done tuned Charger, even without the F&F license this set will sell like hot-cakes to car nuts, the same audience that loved the Porsche, the Mustang etc...

Personally i enjoy F&F, they are mindless action movies with some decent car porn, good for two hours of zoning out. If i end up buying this set, it wont be because of the license, but because it is a cool muscle car.

Maybe only suspension in the back... At first iI thought it is in the same scale as the 42096 (at least it seem to have the same wheels). And the Porsche did have indipendent suspension. But it looks like the track width of this Charger is narrower than the Porsche.

Overall, I am not really impressed with this model, the "coke-bottle" design of the silhuette doesn't really come through, at least in this pic. Also somehow the wheels really don't match the classic charger look. Maybe if the B-Model is the modified charger from the F&F trailer, then they will fit better.

For this scale front suspension is more realistic, but then again there will be issues to put some fake negine there.

I have similar idea about buying new sets, so my dilemma about Control+ elements is beaten by Covid-19

For me all looks 56mm.

On mobile phone I was not sure about rear

This is the size, where normal fake engine is already possible.

That sounds plausible

I would say it's fully realistic to fit them both ( I always was thinking that 42111 + 41999 should mean something when heard about the F&F Charger set):

Should we continue here, or in a dedicated 42111 topic?
