Lucio Switch Posted July 29, 2019 Posted July 29, 2019 Hi to everybody I built this moc for the Model Expo Italy, it's simpler compared to what I usually build, but funny to play with. Due to the 2 BuWizz and the 2 Buggy motors it is fast but a bit too much expansive. To avoid this, it's possible to use, as alternatives, SBrick or IR receivers feeded by Li-Po battery or Classic Battery Box, and use 4 L Motors instahed of the 2 Buggy motors, obviously with performance reduction. The instructions of the main model are alkredy available, the "alternatives" are under development, but them will be released in a short time (hopfully). I hope you will enjoy it: More pics here: https://flic.kr/s/aHsmFvvrxX More info here: http://www.lucioswitch.altervista.org/race-truck-mkii.html Quote
Samolot Posted July 29, 2019 Posted July 29, 2019 Nice clean design. I like colours and modular build. Only think you need, some great stickers. Quote
MSc Shobaki Posted July 29, 2019 Posted July 29, 2019 (edited) Beautiful work! Really like the modular approach :) Edited July 29, 2019 by MSc Shobaki Quote

I agree, some stickers could enhance a lot the appearance, just I don't know even from where to start! Quote

Ask this guy, I'm sure you can come up with a great idea together! He makes good quality stuff and can help with the design as well. Quote
KD123 Posted July 31, 2019 Posted July 31, 2019 Thanks for sharing this great design. Great performance and features features. Quote
technicfan Posted August 1, 2019 Posted August 1, 2019 Wow this is awesome, I always wanted to build your 1st version but thank you for doing a 2nd version with instructions. Would it be possible for you to do a video showing the performance difference between the rc motors and L motors?. Quote

I had many request of it, that's one main reason why I decide to do the MkII with instructions. Unfortunately I can't do a side by side test (I have no more servo an Buwizz available at the moment), moreover I'm fully into the Tow Truck MkII Instructions (a hell), but I'll take thisinto consideration. AFOLegofan66 Posted August 18, 2019 Posted August 18, 2019 Just finished your awesome truck. As usual it is big and works very well. Instructions were perfect...great use for buggy motors and BuWizz!! Quote
