spaceman76 Posted September 1, 2019 Posted September 1, 2019 (edited) Now the windmill is really something i am proud of. Inspired by lego designer Markus Rollbuhler, i modified his cone roof technic. Its mecanic clip arms, that can hold 2 cheese slopes. Each ring is a brown wheel, where i extend the diameter to make it fit the base cylinder of the mill in diameter. Each ring has different combination of parts to create the cone shape. zoth33 Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 Nice color combinations. I like the cheese slope roof. The use of capes for the blades on the windmill is an interesting idea. Quote
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Very nice ... I like the feel of this old windmill Quote
rodiziorobs Posted September 9, 2019 Posted September 9, 2019 Great use of color, and the curved/conical shape of the roof is very appealing! I will keep that technique in mind for my own future creations, thanks for sharing Quote
Louis of Nutwood Posted September 18, 2019 Posted September 18, 2019 Man, what a cool looking mill. I love the color scheme. The green roof being my favorite part. The round shape is amazing and the torn black canvas adds a nice touch. Great build, fellow builder. Keep it up! Quote
