Dumbledore: 'Shush, Dobby!'

Haha!  This is great!  McGonagall seems totally on board with this project.

I have no idea. The setting is the original friends set and it was already on the table. A paper weight?

I believe that it is supposed to be a napkin dispenser. I could be wrong though.
