It is indeed a matter of updating the Index. That's not a bad idea anyway.

I have always liked Jim's reviews since I stumbled onto Eurobricks drunk one night (I wish I was kidding to), and have regularly used them as reference points for ideas contained within the new sets that I hadn't used my wine budget to buy yet... :drunk:

I actually quite like your new format as it suits the reason I read/watch reviews so thumbs up from me. :)

Ian...

Some 15 years ago I wrote a lot of reviews about hard- and software (not Lego related btw) and know how much time and effort goes into delivering a review that's easy to read, has explaining pictures and the information you want to know before buying the item. And with my reviews I didn't even had to put pieces together. I'm also one of those that prefers to read a review on a decent screen instead of scrolling through a review video on a mobile phone... I do view them, but only when a motorized set has something for me to see working.

Please keep up your spirit about creating a review that fits your own standard! You're very good at Technic reviews and I always enjoyed reading them and regularly buying a set after reading your review. With one exception, the Land Rover 42100 review. I've read that before clicking the link to this topic and was surprised about the information, and in-depth quality (lack thereof). Now I understand and hope you'll find the inspiration to deliver some old fashioned good reviews in the future..!

Thank you for the kind word. I felt the need to write this topic after delivering the Land Rover review.

Currently, I am working on a review for the Crawler, and I promise that will be on par with my previous reviews
