You may have caught me being lazy. There are a bunch of ice cream related things in Paradisa, that was the first thing that came up in my search.

Actually, you're probably right about it. I have some obscure pieces like this from Technic or Model Team sets that were in fact taken from some other theme. The Fabuland shovel on the 5571 truck is another example.
