Cyclone Titan Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 My cleaning lady is the worst. She DESTROYED my Town plan gas station, Grand prix, service station and basically every new LEGO I have, luckily she left my USC(or CS?) Falcon alone. Quote
Athos Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 We used to use a cleaning lady Cleaning lady! Cleaning Lady! CLEANING LADY!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry... when I was seven years old, my father ran off with the cleaning woman. My mother died of a broken heart. Now every timesomeone says cleaning woman, I go berserk. Steve Quote

darkrebellion Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 (edited) Something like this happen to me like 2 years ago. I go to school and leave all my lego sets safety and displayed. When I return I find a bad surprise. I enter in my room just to found my cloud city and AT-TE destroyed in all the floor. Since that day my collection cant be touch by others . JINZONINGEN73 Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 I'm married. And women... well, they sometimes get mad for no apparent reason. Rest In Peace, Soulfeast. V__V Quote
AgentRick Posted May 17, 2008 Posted May 17, 2008 NO! NOT THE MAIDS! I once came home from a long day of school to find a track layout I spent days perfecting and a custom harbor ruined. I fear to take my more precious creations out of the boxes. Quote
Dovchenko Posted May 22, 2008 Posted May 22, 2008 Never had a maid, but once I blacked out for a few seconds when my UCS Tie Advanced fell on me from a tall shelf. BOOM and the thing fell, I hit the bed in a second. Quote
LEGOMAN132 Posted May 28, 2008 Posted May 28, 2008 Not as bad as it could be. but still how could they do that. one of my friends moved once and they trashed his lego sets. Quote
Stealth Hunter Posted May 31, 2008 Posted May 31, 2008 I´m happy my family never had a maid. But we have three cats which are able to destroy more LEGO than a maid could ever do. Quote
Oky Posted May 31, 2008 Author Posted May 31, 2008 I´m happy my family never had a maid. But we have three cats which are able to destroy more LEGO than a maid could ever do. Really? Where do you keep your Lego? I have two, and most of the time they never even touch my Lego. Quote
VBBN Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 Wow, that's mild compared to my stories. I have a few stories. Well, my mom was actually the first. She was coming in, and she was getting asomething, lifted my DINO ATTACK chopper(7477) and dropped it, shattering it into millions of parts! The entire back section was damaged, and the inter structue was messed up. My dogs are very destructive. One of them ate my club to the Dwarve mine troll, and his arm!. The other attacked sonic phantom. And the troll killer dog, ate HALF of the Astro fighter from MM, as well as the pilot, leaving only his armws and visor. Quote
cyclone501 Posted June 3, 2008 Posted June 3, 2008 Well, no-one destroys my MOCs and my vigs, but I have had quite a few of my white legos ruined. 1. My mom and I are soda-holics. One-time, I stumbled and spilled diet coke all over my white baseplate. My only white baseplate. Also, we used to have a mouse problem. The used my white bricks as a toilet. I never leave my white bricks in the open anymore. Quote
Navy Trooper Fenson Posted June 4, 2008 Posted June 4, 2008 My dogs are very destructive. One of them ate my club to the Dwarve mine troll, and his arm!. The other attacked sonic phantom. And the troll killer dog, ate HALF of the Astro fighter from MM, as well as the pilot, leaving only his armws and visor. God, what kind of dogs do you have? My Bobtail does just run over my Lego or is sitting on it. My family don´t have got a maid or cleaner but my mother cleaned for a few years my room sometimes and then she damaged most of the time my 4483 AT-AT. Luckily she don´t clean anymore in my room because there is too much Lego. Quote

Deinonychus Posted June 5, 2008 Posted June 5, 2008 What is this..."dusting"? I recently had to retire my Forbidden Island pirate set from display, and it had so much dust on it that it kind of looked like the whole thing was built in light gray bricks. Besides, if you dust your display shelves how can you tell where to put something back when it gets moved? Quote
Sandy Posted June 5, 2008 Posted June 5, 2008 I'm married. And women... well, they sometimes get mad for no apparent reason. Rest In Peace, Soulfeast. V__V You must mean "Rest In Pieces". A man should never underestimate the destructive power of an angry woman. In Shakespeare's words: "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned". As for those of you who have maids, now I can't stop thinking that all of you are some millionaires living in luxurious manors with a small army of black-clad maids and butlers and chefs. But I know very well that hired cleaning ladies can be called maids as well. Quote
Stealth Hunter Posted June 5, 2008 Posted June 5, 2008 (edited) Really? Where do you keep your Lego? I have two, and most of the time they never even touch my Lego. I keep my LEGO on some shelves, but one of my cats seems to be obsessed with the sets and jumps on the shelves, so that my poor LEGO falls down. Edited June 5, 2008 by Stealth Hunter Quote
