Where to use this code?

Hi there!

I am new-old to LEGO (I used to build tons of LEGO as I kid and now I just started again as a sort-of-grownup).

I bought a LEGO mini figure and got this paper with it. I have no idea where to use the code. I cannot find anything on the LEGO-homepage.

Can someone tell me what this is for? A game? A contest?

It was used to redeem a virtual minifig in the LEGO Minifigures Online game, but that game has been shut down many years ago.
