I think Flourish and Blott's is most likely to be the wrong one in that case and ??? obviously being Ollivander's as someone else pointed out. I would prefer the LC but I have to say I think its the least likely to be included, I could be wrong though. I think we'll get Grigotts, Ollivander's, WWW, F&B and QQS. Who knows, Lego may release a separate set for the LC or some of the shops.

Not to state the obvious but that is the beauty of Lego that I don’t think can be applied to any other product - if they don’t make it, make one yourself!
LordVoldemort Posted April 8, 2020 Posted April 8, 2020 Maybe a Wall? With hagrid? Ollivander’s : Harry, Mr. Ollivander Flourish and blotts : Gilderoy Lockhart Leaky cauldron : hermione time turner and crookshanks Weasley joke shop : Weasley twins, Ginny and Pygmy puff Gringotts : Dragon, trio, griphook, vault I suspect just a small exterior QQQ with window of firebolt/nimbus2000, And an owl hanging in cage off of lantern or side of building
Jinzol Posted April 8, 2020 Posted April 8, 2020 Calender 75981 355 pieces and confirmed 6 Minifigures (don't know if that was already mentioned)

Instead she had the outfit seen in the Hogwarts Express set. I really don't think the time travel hint was about the time Turner as the item has nothing to do with diagon alley. A new Crookshanks would be amazing though.

Especially because there’s no connection with the Turner & DA. It seems more reasonable to believe it refers to the multiple years’ setting of the set.

Roebuck Posted April 8, 2020 Posted April 8, 2020 5 Harry's I am not sure what some of you are smoking in the quarantine Nobody want more than 1 Harry in the set and personally I would be fine without one (not that that would ever happen), if you have one other set you have a Harry fig, if you have two sets you have two etc.. It is a rare gift to get a set without Harry, so unless they make the scene with 7 Potters we are only getting one in every set. Lego is not stupid and Harry are not a army-builder fig so no way they will waste 5 spots on Harry minifigs in DA. So take the Harry fig included an put it with Hagrid entering DA, then put it in Ollivanders to buy its first wand etc. No need for him to be everywhere at the same time.. I really hope Magical Menagerie or Eeylops Owl Emporium is included, but it is probably not
THELEGOBATMAN Posted April 8, 2020 Posted April 8, 2020 I really hope the Diagon Alley D2C will be just 5 separate builds that look fantastic on their own, with a function of connecting them. It would be really cool to have expansions to this set, because sets like Gringotts, Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes or Borgin and Burkes could really stand on their own. I think they will choose Ollivanders, Flourish and Blotts, The Leaky Cauldron, Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes and Gringotts, but I would love to see a standalone Gringotts set from Deathly Hallows Part 1.

Crookshanks Posted April 8, 2020 Posted April 8, 2020 Hello! I'm new hear. But I have followed this thread availe, love to read hear before I go to sleep. My english is not perfect so you know. Have any of the trusted leakers confirmed a D2C set on ~400 USD? My own thoughts is that not sounds realistic that lego will do a D2C set for that high price. The Hogwarts castle is iconic even for people thats not is a hp fan. But Diagon alley is not that iconic. I think a D2C set for ~200 USD is more realistic that lego will do. I think that set 75978 and 75980 maybe is the Brickheadz set? 75978 is the students and 75980 is Hagrid?

You probably underestimate its iconicity DA appears in most of the films, is immediately recognisable, serves as the very first introduction into the Wizarding World and is a prominent part of the WB Studio Tour in Leavesden. 3 minutes ago, Crookshanks said: I think that set 75978 and 75980 maybe is the Brickheadz set? 75978 is the students and 75980 is Hagrid? I've reading on stonewars and I don't see a price for a D2C set Oh, good to know! I really hope that the burrow will be one of them!

Essentially like the modular buildings but smaller. I also hope they take a leaf out of their book by building each shop on a small baseplate. That way you have the building plus a bit of “street” to go with it.

If they went the modular approach, I'd like them to take it to the next level and build a Leaky Cauldron that could connect to the regular modular buildings, so anyone who has both the regular modulars and HP modulars could build Diagon Alley behind the Muggle world. I would genuinely die for that

Diagon Alley is iconic, otherwise they wouldn't have included it in the theme parks. A $400 D2C also isn't really geared at the normal audience (kids) but the fans and adult collectors. And someone who isn't a HP fan wouldn't spend $400 on a UCS Hogwarts either.

I'm not thinks it's going to be taller, I think it's more pieces because of the greenhouse. I think it will be placed like the danceplace in the clocktower set.

I have seen many that isn't a HP fan recommended in facebooks groups the Hogwarts castle because of it's nice to build even for them that isn't a fan. And it's a nice set to have on a display. But maybe you have right! If they do like modular buildings it probably will be popular even for them that isn't a hp fan and the audience would be bigger. My biggest hope it would be a minifig scale.

Especially considering there already was a microscale Diagon Alley as a GWP in 2018
Crookshanks Posted April 8, 2020 Posted April 8, 2020 Have someone thoughts if any hp set will be retiered next year? Especially Great hall and the clocktower set seems to be have selling very good. How good do you guys think Hogwarts castle have selling? And the smaller sets? Aragog (and the fantastic beast sets) have been retired this year.
