Looking forward to the final product. My favorite LEGO Harry Potter MOC artist is Bricks Unbound. He is building a massive screen-accurate, minifig scale Hogwarts that looks absolutely incredible. Check it out: He’s inspired me to expand my Hogwarts display with MOC additions. My first project is going to be the Hogwarts Viaduct Entrance with a proper Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom inside. Just ordered a second Great Hall for pieces. Any recommendations on pieces for the dragon skeleton? I really hope we get Prof. Lockhart with a Cornish pixie in the CMF. I’m want a whole swarm of those little blue buggers... Thank you! I’m glad you like the steps, they were a pain. I’ll have to check him out! Wow I wish I could casually order a second Great Hall lol although I guess it’s the best way to get a lot of useful pieces. I always forget the skeleton is a dragon, and always in my head think you could use the skeleton horse, from one of the 2010ish castle themes (can’t remember which one). But I think that’s on the side of the DADA room isn’t it. You could maybe do a slightly larger interpretation of the Pteranodon from the Dinosaur Fossils Ideas set? And yes, Lockhart is one of my most wanted characters. In fact, then we’d have all the DADA teachers, bar the Carrow that did. it in year 7. That’d be really cool. I’m hoping the Astronomy Tower has some more classrooms - we’ve gotten lots of Potions rooms, a DADA room, and looks like we’re getting a greenhouse, but no Charms or Transfiguration yet. 29 minutes ago, Scarlet_Patronus said: Looks really good!!! Darth Shadowthrone Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 Just seen the figures on Instagram. It’s a shame Harry just has that normal hairpiece as his hair has always been really distinctive in the last few waves, with the exception of the CMF figure with the surfer hair. However I really like that slug club torso printing with the red and black, that looks so much more unique than his Yule ball dress robes. Its cool that they’re keeping the hermione look consistent as well as her Hagrids hut figure is my second favourite Lego version of her after the years 1-2 look with the unique hair. It’s also cool that Umbrage has dual-moulded legs, that makes two this wave alongside Dobby. I prefer Umbrages brictober vairiant tho as it had more colours. Its starting to seem like the more interesting minifigures of the wave have leaked now. (discounting the CMF and Diagon Alley, which will come later). Out of all the figures left unseen which are you guys most looking forward to? Mine would be Vernon Dursley.
lego_guyon02 Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 These figures look really good! Harry - like the new torso print, Hux legs work great again, reused face and hair don't look great but not a big issue Hermione - all around good figure Slughorn - upon waking up I was quite irritated thinking they reused the Bricktober figure but luckily it's new. It's not super unique and the reused faceprint was to be expected (just like they did with War Machine) but it looks good. Not a big fan of the now inconsistent hair, though I guess I could just buy another Jim Gordon Umbridge - even though I like the Bricktober version a little more this is perfect. Well chosen outfit, great printing, fantastic new expressions (really didn't expect those). Definetely looking forward to owning this figure. 5 hours ago, Retro Brick Reviews said: His hair also seems to lack the lighter printing on the sideburns, making it a new variant. Luckily the printed piece is fairly easy to get through the CMF Commissioner Gordon figure 4 hours ago, LEGOMotionStudios said: Is anyone else disappointed that both Harry and Hermione aren’t getting new face prints? I am but it was really predictable so it doesn't come as a surprise 41 minutes ago, sammy_zammy said: Apart from the different hairpiece without the sideburns, I feel like Slughorn is exactly the same as his Bricktober figure if I’m not mistaken, which is kinda a shame, especially considering the price of the Bricktober figures. Am I correct? Edit: no I’m not correct, they’re not even the same colour, and it was even said a couple of pages back. Happy I’ve got two different figures then! I thought the same thing, really happy they are different
BRIX LIFE Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 So nice figures, but Harry's torso print is not unique as some of you said.... it's an update, we've got a slug torso print in black and red in 2012 (book : characters of the magical world") i think... I like Umbrige fig so so much, no print in slug's legs, but very nice torso, can't wait for next leaks <3
Legoniche Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 (edited) Pretty sure they new umbridge is also an update of the old umbridge variant, which means that desired fig has been updated now! Edited April 18, 2020 by Legoniche

THELEGOBATMAN Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 Those minfigs look great. Harry and Slughorn are really good, it would be cool to see them with swapped heads. Honestly I love how Hermione looks, so simple yet so effective. But the standout here is Umbridge, just wow. It's so amazing to get a fig like this in a $30 set. Lego really loves Umbridge.

If he has the right colours and face print/sticker, I think we shouldn't worry about it. It's always nice to get another Forbidden Forest tree tho, it will look nice with Aragog and Dementor sets.

The Dursleys at all and, if there is a Burrow coming in June already, Molly and Arthur. I'm really in love with the old version of Molly (which I don't have unfortunately) and I'm excited if the new one would satisfy me as much as the previous one does - or if it does even more
Huigberts Builds Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 Woohoo, finally some leaks. Hermione looks fine, nothing much to say about her. Harry looks good as well, I'm mostly happy that back in the day I picked the book with yule ball Harry over slug club Harry as it's pretty much an exact remake (it was also a great book, I hope we'll see a remake in 2022 when most sets have been made). Umbridge looks ones again fantastic. Didn't expect so much detail in a set. Especially a set that isn't even the biggest of the wave, more like the second smallest. I'm glad I got the bricktober pack though as I prefer the face print, but this one is still amazing. Still wished they used the old hair though. Slughorn is pretty disappointing, the torso looks great, not gonna lie, but the hair is a step down from the bricktober pack (and that one was already a disappointment) and the reused faceprint is also a shame. I just wanted a new 1 sided face print so the graduation cap wouldn't look odd on it. The legs are also meh. But I guess that just shows how good all the other figures in the theme are as Slughorn is pretty much what you would expect from any other theme. Come to think of it, if the AT truly is based on the slug club Christmas party, does that mean we get waiter Neville? That would be amazing xD.

Yeah it doesn't really matter how they do it because he will always look sort of inaccurate, Grawp is a very difficult character to capture in LEGO form. He'll most likely have a printed face but the rest will be stickers just like Ares and Ant-Man Just now, Huigberts Builds said: Come to think of it, if the AT truly is based on the slug club Christmas party, does that mean we get waiter Neville? Definitely Tonks, if she actually is coming this year. I've kinda lost track of which rumors have come from reputable sources, but wasn't there something about her being in the Burrow?

Yeah she was mentioned, but it hasn't been directly said she was in the burrow, could be cmf as well. It's just a theory for now as she fits the scene.
SupesBatsy Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 Umbridge looks otterly good. Any chance we could get a look at Grawp too today?

The movie already screwed up Grawp with rushed CGI (the animators themselves were pretty unhappy about it as I recall from the behind the scenes), so in some ways it's possible LEGO can't do any worse than that. All the leaked figures look good. I'm still not thrilled that the Hermione face is reused in the first place but it is what it is and if she comes in the CMF, which seems likely, she'll probably have a new face there. I'll also be switching in the original Umbridge hair since it's still more accurate than that newer one.

AdriWho Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 (edited) Those figures look great! Harry is my least favorite, it would be because for me it's the most boring outfit he wore for the movies hehehe. But I have some things to say: - How many Hux legs have been printed? OMG, they are present in a lot of sets now (not that I mind, but its curious) - Im afraid that Grawp would look TOO bulky :(, but I guess it seems it would be one of the best sets of the wave. - Since the AT is likely based on the Slug Party, the other two remaining figures Ron and Lavender do not belong to that particular scene. My take is their variants correspond to this scene (just a hunch) has anybody thought about that? Edited April 18, 2020 by AdriWho
Crookshanks Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 Oh, finally some leaks! My favorite is Umbride, i really like her torso and printed legs, i prefer this Umbridge then from the bricktober set. I like that they have choose a darker pink this time. Slughorns torso is really good, but the rest of him is more "meh". Hermione is good to, I like the new torso and hairpiece. Harry is good beside from the hair, but it's easy to change to another hairpiece. It's look to be an amazing HP year! I hope that graup looks good for the forbidden forest set..

tafkatb Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 I'd bet good money on Grawp's face being printed. That style of brick-built fig has appeared four times now, and while their body decorations tend to be stickered, the faces are always prints.
