does anyone know why ash is adamant that they release in August, I know it was discussed previously but has he said anything else about it?

Also I know this isn’t exactly related, but could the fireworks have something to do with the firework dragon from ootp, and maybe a set with the rules in the frames on the walls (can’t remember what they are called) and maybe a feature to drop them or something, that would be something cool they could do

Nothing, he just spammed his comments with " No. Its August, as per toy fair

He’s wrong, that’s pretty much all there is to it. He made an assumption because of the lack of pics and presented it as fact. As far as the whole “as per toy fair” thing, he must have misremembered the toy fair information because every scrap of info we got from toy fair said Hp was June

Yeah that’s what I thought, everyone one I’ve talked to in other groups like discord all think it’s August now, ash really needs to stop spreading  fake news :(

It was weird though and seemed a little out of character for him 

Unless somehow he’s completely right and we all heard false info from toy fair while his sources gave him the correct info and we all end up having to admit that he was right...I really hope that doesn’t happen

Well considering the sets are getting put up for pre order on may 4th, it would be strange for them to August releases not June, June makes sense because it’s only a month after but August is just a bit too long, but not long enough to change anything with production

I think we’ve pretty much been given all the info we can have by kingnono and we only have a few days to find out if he’s right or wrong

I know, and that was available for pre order a while ago, which gave them time to alter production to allow for the demand as they did preorder to gage how many they would need, but if the Harry Potter ones come out in August, 3 months is not enough time to alter production

It's either from the Calendar or an unknown set. It is the costume he wore during the Ministry battle, though, so all the folks who are confident that's coming finally have a shred of evidence.

It’s a beautiful torso print and a very faithful reproduction of Sirius’s costume from OotP down to the pattern on the waistcoat.

The fireworks hint...the "There is more than you think" hint...guys, please don't raise my hopes for seeing Diagon Alley that early  I know the disappointment would be big although there is actually no reason for.

I guess the preorder thing is not about production (how much they produce is very well calculated) but about distribution. Which warehouse gets which units and so on

That torso definitely looks fake. It makes really want that figure though
