Brickset do not have a single post today, so something like that would still get a lot of clicks.. Something is off here, maybe in 5 minutes we will know Maybe it's time to see diagon alley like in the next 5 mins then haha

I wonder if TLG went for a simplified, clean, "straight" look for the buildings, or if they managed to capture all the crooked windows. I'm hoping they've managed to capture the crooked architecture as it really adds to the aesthetic. They managed it with the new Burrow so it shows they are thinking of these things and it can be done, so it will feel like a small step backwards to me if this is entirely missed in DA. And the CMF is 'revealed' on Brickset ...
Roebuck Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 Brickset was just slow and the others even slower since they have published the CMF now Oh well new chance tomorrow and at least now we got the CMF out of the way

josh_a_123 Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 i’m gonna say we get DA pictures at page 567
THELEGOBATMAN Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 This must be the worst reveal of a Lego set, like, ever I am laughing so hard at how they absolutely screwed it up.
Willsy Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 Decided to bite the bullet and pre-order a complete set of Series 2 through theminifigureshop.uk. I don't really fancy going into retail stores to touch packets that people have likely felt given the current circumstances, even if feeling the series out is part of the fun and is what I did for Disney Series 2. The price was pretty decent as well, with a £12 markup over what it would cost usually without duplicates.

JintaiZ Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 I'm so excited! Not sure my wallet would feel the same though...
LetaLestrange Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 @Brick Clicker Have you found them for sale in the UK? Could you PM me?

Target order will arrive on Wednesday, so a little distant from Privet Drive, but I like having the certainty of when it ships (compared to waiting for Target to restock or Lego to release it) Of course the day after I preorder Privet Drive it resrocks on Target with shipping that matches my previous order brb canceling my preorder
Mordarch Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 I'm still not a fan of these rendered images, they always feel off (hair pieces in particular). I'd rather they just use photos.
Metanoios Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 (edited) A dark green torso (jacket) leaked, could be Arthur Weasley I think Edit: It's a bit weird that they chose the costume he wears at the Burrow breakfast (second movie) and not the on with the tie he wears in Flourish and Blotts Edited August 17, 2020 by Metanoios91
Modal Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 Aghhhh, well at least it was Harry Potter related this time. A good sign that this is the week if any.
TheBrickBuilder14 Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 Looking at all the outfits Arthur wears I don't believe this torso belongs to him. Not sure who it does belong to though...
Jarreth2 Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 I was wondering maybe Lockhart ( but not fancy enough ) one of the shop keepers .. I’m not sure it’s Arthur either ?? Here in the UK there’s a quiz show called the chase .. they’ve literally just asked the question “Flourish and Blotts features in which series of novels ?”

Just watched the scene in question—you never get a great look at the guy but from what short glimpses you do get of him the leaked torso seems to match up
YetiZombie Posted August 17, 2020 Posted August 17, 2020 The photographer seems to have a bowtie and a green coat https://imgur.com/a/cHWLpNt Actually, upon looking again, I'm certain it's him. The suit matches up too.
