Even before the parts count or Mario name was known, "leaf" blind bag was rumoured to be priced around €3.99 for weeks now (a retailer website had estimated price, package size and weight on it)

(back then still rumoured to be monkey kid) , the set numbers being part of the main line of sets made it already very unlikely to be a CMF.

Nexo Powers (Series 1 & 2)  and DOTS (Extra Dots - series 1) set numbers have been part of the main wave of sets.

CMF always had some different numbers, even Unikitty uses 414xx for it's sets vs 41775 for the CMF.

Also a regular Polybag was ruled out as those always start with 3xxxx + different package size.

stonewarsde is saying the 3.99 euro set which matches a cfm bag is 23 pieces. Doesn't sound like a cfm to me. Just a comment about the responses to my comment, I never said it was fact. This blog is about rumours and until we get facts that's all we have. So commenting on rumours is not stating facts, so no need for caps and bold text.

Some people jumped to conclusion too easily just based on the price alone.

Now with the actual parts count, I'd just expect it to be some form of random power-up blind bag with coins/stars/flowers/mushroom type parts in it.

Series 2 is really confusing. Is it coming out in September like it should have? Or maybe it was pushed back to October? Or maybe it's January? Or even another rumour, could it be September 2021? No one knows.

I doubt The series two cmf is delayed, because Lego hasn’t halted production of anything else. Ill wait until a reliable leaker actually says it has been delayed.

Itaria is reliable though

Itaria is one of the most reliable CMF leakers out there. He also just said something about lego having renegotiated the marvel deal and CMF 3 possibly being MCU related

Ok, but kinda odd considering, it is kinda impossible for them to start production that quick. I doubt marvel will be CMF 3. Another is that they can’t delay the CMF that is already in production.

One thing to take into consideration is that we do not know when a potential delay was decided. It could have been when the FB3 film was delayed, long before the factories have started producing the figs :shrug_oh_well:

A CMF that goes on sale in september doesn't start production untill late-may/june though (judging from factory leaks)

The CMF was announced in February , FB3 was delayed in October.

CMF leaks barely even happen, they could start production early. Remember the Cloud City Lando Leak? That leaked almost a year before the cloud city set was revealed, making production of figures start early, not in may/June. Just because someone leaked a figure in May/June doesen’t mean it starts production in those months.

The DC CMF says otherwise. And comparing setproduction to cmfproduction is like comparing pears to apples, not the same

But this production discussion has barely anything to do with HP so we should go back to topic

Announced by who? TLG have definitely not said that there is a WW series 2 in September!
I do not know if it is delayed, just pointing out logical flaws :classic:

The leakers, my friend

Like I said if you haven’t read what I said. I meant the figures from the set, not the set. The other thing is that just because they started to leak at that month does not mean that production started that month.

Oh and back to topic, I am tired about arguing with a person who doesen’t understand a single thing I said.

Well the leakers do most likely not get their info directly from Lego, so when the leakers got the info and told us it may have already changed.
Lego do cancellations and delays all the time, from what I know e.g. dots was originally planed to come last year :shrug_oh_well:
CMF WW series 2 might already be completely designed and all the new moulds made, but that do not mean that Lego needs to release it this year

You were comparing CMF production to that of a set, specifically a D2C. Obviously those have different production patterns like leaks have proven time and time again. And for someone who says that I don't understand your posts you don't even seem to understand mine. I didn't say CMF3 production would start in late-may/june because figure production starting in those months happened before, I guessed so because the DC CMF started leaking 2/3 months before release. And there's no need to get hostile as soon as someone disagrees with you

What time did we get pictures of the new HP figures or parts last year?

I believe it was late february or early march. But if the other themes are anything to go by it looks like lego has crushed down on factory leaks as well this year. Either that or its because of Covid-19 and most factories in China being closed (as that's where most leaked figures come from)

Thanks for the information.

But what i don't understand why they produce in China.O.k.its cheap to produce there thats what we all know but its also the easiest way to get information for pirates if its in the same country where the most pirates live and produce...:hmpf_bad:

Lego produces their sets all around the world (a few examples: Denmark, Hungary and Mexico). That's how their products are available all around the world (and shipping too ofcourse), the China factories are just the factories were the employees apparently steal pieces more often

So maybe we have to wait for the official pictures from Lego this time:sceptic:

Leaks are unreliable but we'll most likely get setpictures in the last week of april like last year (or earlier if a store puts them up early)

I think what @HalfBloodPrince meant was this:

Harry Potter Series 2 was present/revealed at Toy Fair just a month ago.

Also, the first time we've heard of this series was in October 2019, thanks to Brick Fanatics.

Yeah, it makes no sense for it to be delayed if it was apparently at Toy Fair, has there even been a set at toy fair that has been delayed?

Was it at TF? I thought that was just a rumor and not actually shown?
