AdriWho Posted March 14, 2020 Posted March 14, 2020 Okay I really love all the figures but I'm nitpicking here just for fun: - Dumbledore's outfit is from Philosopher's Stone and having Fawkes as an accessory makes no sense, though I don't care cause that new mould is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. - The same happens with Harry's outfit which belongs to the final battle from The Order of the Phoenix and comes with Advanced Potion Making book as an accessory (hmmmmm) So I guess we can expect the HBP variant of harry and his red wine jacket in an inferi cave set in august this year?

As the headquarters for the Order of the Phoenix, it makes perfect sense as a set in a series that appears to be based on OoTP and HBP. The home serves as a key setting in both books / movies. Plus, the facade would offer City fans a beautiful piece of Georgian architecture from an iconic London neighborhood. Take a look at one of the winners from last year’s Lego Wizarding World holiday contest for some ideas on what the interior could look like: https://ideas.lego.com/challenges/fa395293-eda9-4603-83cc-aac44c1052cb/application/2a7993f5-2abb-4c27-ad7e-2b60345883b3 That interior is too big for a $100 set

I think it could be the size of one of the buildings in the Marvel Sanctum Santorum Showdown set, maybe bigger, but it could have 2 false walls that look like houses in front that slide to reveal the main set.

You’re right about Harry’s outfit, I didn’t notice that. Hopefully the AT comes with his red shirt. I think Dumbledore wears that hat in both SS and COS though. We haven’t seen his robes yet so who knows Just now, 2lazeetomakeaname said: True. I would still prefer The Burrow

I did a quick check and Harry does wear a grey zip up over a red shirt in some HBP scenes (the easiest to look up is the scene in the Three Broomsticks, he’s wearing it there)
TheBrickBuilder14 Posted March 14, 2020 Posted March 14, 2020 Yes, Dumbledore is indeed from the Chamber of Secrets and given that that movie actually introduced Fawkes if I remember correctly I think that having him paired with Dumbledore makes a lot of sense.

It just happens that we first saw it on COS
Accio Lego Posted March 14, 2020 Posted March 14, 2020 I hope Fawkes has a connection point for minifigure hands on his tail like the 2002 one did. They gave one to Nagini, it seems only right that Fawkes should get one since he actually carries characters that way on a couple of occasions.

I think you’re right, if they’re going to do something as generic as a vault key for Griphook the least they could do is give him som galleons as well.
UKFan922 Posted March 14, 2020 Posted March 14, 2020 OMG these look incredible! I am disappointed Sprout has the earmuffs on though, they annoyed me with Neville in S1. And they're not gonna make another new mould for her hair without them.

It would be awesome to get some new round 1x1s with prints for Galleons, etc... they could be reused in a Diagon Alley/Gringotts set later on.

The regular key is all round, and the one Griphook is holding appears to have a short round area just to the side of where the minifigs hold it, then it has a different, straight angle before getting cut off my the logo. Maybe it’s a more ornate looking key. Still not super exciting...but a bit more than usual.

UKFan922 Posted March 14, 2020 Posted March 14, 2020 I just thought - this proves it isn't impossible to go back and improve things (ie. Fawkes). This makes me happy.
