That's DHII

You're absolutely right, that's what you get for staying up way too long :wall:

I guess it depends on your point of view but I see the dormitories and commonroom as 2 seperate things

Bellatrix hair isn’t new, it’s the old one.

The Book is a bit odd, I agree. The fur does give it a mix of colors, but it certainly isn’t significantly that color. Maybe with a darker brown that dark grey area got muddied & was harder to see?

Are you sure it’s the old one? The old one was rubber and I assumed the would have retired that mould by now, the new one also looks a lot less detailed

Compare the texture closely side by side, you’ll notice they both follow the same pattern. The new one looks like regular plastic though.

No. No we didn't. We got a bed for Harry and Ron. No fireplace, portrait or armchairs.

The point is that in the eyes of TLG, that is their version of the Gryffindor Common Room, and I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s all we get until further down the line a couple years

No it isn't, sis... Like, why do people think that? Did Lego say that? No.

Sis? I’m a dude. Just thought I should clear that up.

Also, I’m not saying it’s impossible. We got a crappy version of Dumbledore’s office in the Great Hall with the sorting hat stand and Fawkes perch, and then we got a real version in the Clocktower. The same could happen with the Gryffindor common room. But that doesn’t mean that the Whomping Willow version isn’t suppose to be it for now. They only had room for the beds but for now, that’s what we get

Does anybody else have a concern that the centaurs in the upcoming set will use the same lower horse body that appeared in the Trolls World Tour set ?? I’m hoping not ?? I wonder if a normal horse body is slightly too big ? I know brickforge did one.

A leaker on IG who has seen them said they are awesome and that we’ll like them a lot, so I would imagine it’s not the Trolls mold or he would have mentioned it

Though I agree with you, just be mindful that sass doesn't always ready well online and across cultures/languages. Thanks!

At most what's in the Whomping Willow set is a Gryffindor dormitory, not common room.

Besides the Great Hall itself, all of the Hogwarts interiors in the reboot have been a bit lackluster, so I'm not expecting much out of any Hogwarts set really. Dumbledore's office was especially laughable. Honestly I don't mind though; the sets are still stellar.

I agree! That’s why I think it’s better to have sets that focus exclusively on the interior if we want something more accurate. I would purchase common rooms and classrooms in a heartbeat.

The Clocktower’s interior was pretty good

Well, it’s the same piece. But yeah, comparing the bag to the minifig, it looks a different, texture wise. That’s either from the editing on the picture or a different material used to make it.

Therooms in the Great Hall's Tower weren't that exciting, nor was the dorm in Whomping Willow. A common room and classroom would have made more sense in the Great Hall, the dorm in Whomping Willow should probably have just had one four poster rather than two mattresses. Also the Potions storeroom/caretaker cupboard below the dorm should probably have been one or the other, rather than a mix of the two.

Those are minor nitpicks though - I love both sets, and the Clocktower does a really good job with the Hospital Wing, Prefect's bathroom and Moody's DADA classroom.

The Astronomy Tower should be the tallest yet, but it might just be a case of taller rooms rather than an extra room inside. Ravenclaw common room may have the staircase leading to it, and the Astronomy classroom is on two levels already.

The old one wasn't the rubbery rubber like CMF Spooky Girl/Susan Bones or most Friends figures. It didn't have the shine of regular ABS, but it was completely firm. We've only seen the new one in a render so they would add false shine.

IMO it was poor. The ground floor was basically empty. The DADA classroom was just ok, the best of the bunch. The hospital beds themselves were good builds but the interior of the space overall looks and feels awkward to me. Again, not trying to bash the set at all, I'm just saying that Hogwarts interiors haven't been strong in my opinion, though it doesn't bother me and I'm completely happy with the purchase. It's also something that's super easy to spruce up with your own parts.

FB3 is delayed together with most other films and series now :cry_sad: Depending on how long the virus situation is lasting it can effect release of future FB sets if the movie is not finished in 1,5 years as planned..

I guess if the next movie is pushed back then Lego can freely release this CMF this year as there are no FB figures in it (that we know of), pending its own distribution problems at this time of course.

So HP CMF series 3 (fingers crossed) is when we will see FB characters make a return

As filming hasn't started yet I don't think the movie will be delayed again. Jurassic World 3 has also halted production (they started filming earlier this month) but is still slated to hit theaters in June 2021

возможно, в будущем Lego выпустил отдельную серию минифигурок для FB ...
