I might just give her medium black legs but then her Slug Club variant will still be inconsistent because of the unique printed legs

Also, I have to admit I’m a little disappointed that Bellatrix doesn’t have a new face print (I’ll probably pick up some extra Azkaban versions and change it out) and disappointed in the lack of lower printing. I’m ecstatic that we’re getting this version of her but they could have printed the dress piece

Maybe the leaker got the wrong combo of legs and figure, because I'm sure there'd be other figures in the set who'd have regular legs.

Only other people in that set are harry and hermione (Fifth years) who may have bigger legs than luna but unlikely. If her legs are big in this set I hope her astronomy tower variant is big legs too for consistency's sake. If Luna had mid legs in the Slug club set, I'll probably swap some Ron with black mid legs with big legs since Ron is said to be taller than the others in the books (like Ron's yule ball figure)

I just thought of something: are we certain the 100$ set really is an August release? There‘s three points that make me question that assertion:

- it is listed as a June release on brickshop.nl

- the other alleged August release turned out to be a D2C, which usually stand on their own rather than being paired with regular sets

- the recent Bellatrix + Greyback leaks, which would be way too early for an August release

Of course there’s a counterargument too, namely its absence at the toy fairs... I still think this might release along with the rest of the sets in June :classic:

Bellatrix robe piece is printed, its just placed the other way round (look how the edges of the robe piece look like)

Im sorry to say that I really don't like Bellatrix neither Fenrir they look too similar to the older versions which I admit are impossible to top

Good point! It seems really early for august leaks indeed, so my bet is also June :p

A little off topic to the new leaks but does anyone know any cheap methods of finding minifigures from cmf series 1 online. Want to hunt down a handful before the new wave comes out

What's that necklace Luna is wearing? Looks like a cork.

Well if the leaked Bellatrix is without leg printing ... then I still very much prefer the old one. It'll be a step backwards for this minifigure.

What time did we get first pictures about the Advent calendar and the August sets from last year.

And for the big Hogwarts castle 2018?

My dealer sold the Advent calendar already in August last year.

I believe it's a butterbeer cork she wears to keep Nargles at bay

My thoughts on Luna:

so happy she uses a consistent head print with her 2 other CMF counterparts, like that she also has the same hair. I do so love the fact she has a new torso print as well to provide some variety from cho’s. Don’t like how she has normal legs, I hope this is a mistake on the leakers side, it’s no worry since I have a couple spare, but her CMF series 1 variant based on HBP has mid, which makes no sense for her to be taller in OOTP. Overall though, love her.

I’m disappointed with bellatrix. Hair is great as always, torso is marvelous. No dress print sucks so much. I own the 2010/11 bellatrix however so this isn’t much of an issue, but would have liked a newer style bellatrix dress. Also very disappointed in the head usage. We know from Cedric last year that Lego don’t like to reuse head prints for their set counterparts but this is unfortunate, especially since the CMF head print is very good. Luckily it’ll be easy to get duplicates to swap the head out here. So the only real issue with this bellatrix is the dress. However it should pair nicely with the 2010/11 version I have.

fenrir greyback is another one of the few 2010/11 figs I have, and I have to say I’m pleasantly delighted with this new one. Face print is brilliant, torso is great, and the multi purpose hux legs allow the figure to stray from being bland by giving him leg print. Overall a great gig, and because he doesn’t look drastically dissimilar from the previous version, the two can almost go hand in hand and act as multiple variants of the same character in different costume let’s say (yes I know they’re supposed to be the same version). Overall love this figure.

It's clearly misplaced, but okey :)

Clearer pictures of her have leaked where you can clearly see the dresspiece has been placed on the right way. There is no printing

Could be a limited set also they are not on the TF

I expect to see some pigs and maybe some other farm animals with the set :excited:

"In the place The Burrow came to stand, once stood a little Tudor building with a large stone pigpen on the side. It's unknown what happened to the building, but after Arthur and Molly Weasley's marriage, the family settled in the pigpen. As the family grew over the birth of their children, the couple started building upward with add-on bits of architectural salvage they picked up wherever they could find.[1] By the 1990s, the house was several stories high, with four or five chimneys on the roof, with all the appearance of being held up by magical means."

Those Bellatrix pics look like the before/after a boob job

(The new one is clearly a downgrade....)

Greyback looks great, Bellatrix is okay. I love the figure anyway but the reused head and lack of leg print are disappointing. I don’t like how LEGO leaves the new dress piece plain for some characters because it makes them look a bit unfinished (Seraphina, Voldemort, and now Bellatrix). I’ll definitely get duplicates of the CMF so I can use that one’s face. Luna looks great, and I think everyone’s making too big of a deal about the legs. LEGO doesn’t seem to care too much about the consistency of the leg height. HBP Luna in the CMF never should have had medium legs (Neville shouldn’t have had them either) but they gave us new colors for the piece so I’m glad they did.

It looks like it’s the right way to me, so unless the leaker uses a stand in black dress piece, there’s no printing

If we are getting the burrow, hopefully we are getting Fred and George

I'd prefer Molly and Arthur, the twins have way more things they could appear in

Luna looks really great. Greyback looks fantastic, the printing is so great. Bellatrix... it's okay. No skirt printing is a disappointment as the 2010 one had it.

So I guess normal legs from 5th year on. It really bothers me, because Luna is on her 4th year in OoTP. I hate how Lego is extremely inconsistent with those legs. In Hogwarts Express (3rd year) the trio gets small legs, but year later 3rd year characters get mid legs. In CMF Luna (her 5th year) gets mid legs, but two years later Luna on her 4th year gets mid legs. In CMF Neville (his 2nd year) gets mid legs, but all the other 2nd year characters get small legs. I wish they were more careful with using those legs...

Shame about the lack of leg printing on Bellatrix, luckily I got the old one.

I agree with others that this points to a new version of the Burrow. Really looking forward to see what other figs come in that set. I'm guessing it will be along the lines of the previous Burrow, hopefully with a few extra figs as the HP sets so far have been pretty generous with minifigs.

With the upcoming CMF Series 2 and the rumoured D2C... what a time to be a LEGO Harry Potter fan!
