Lego or Legos?

Don't hate me for this, but I have grown up with Legos.

The correct and proper way is to say "LEGO" . It is not plural...ever. TLC also says that it should be used as an adjective, like LEGO bricks or LEGO sets or LEGO toys.

And just to add a little background to this. One of the reasons The Lego Company insist on this is that people often refer to "legos" as any brand of construction brick, and as we all know, Lego bricks are superior to any other brand. Also, you might find it in small writing on the back of some catalogs as to how The Lego Company like you to refer to their bricks and products.

Blech, Legos... what is that? I grew up with Lego, and never refer to them as Legos. I also like to correct people if they get it wrong too.

It has always been Lego to me, used as both a plural noun and an adjective. Although I don't really care if some people call it something else.

Plural's of word's don't have apostrophe's, ya know.

I used to say "Legos" but I switched to "Lego" as an adult. My parents still put the s in there.

Similarly, the plural of the currency of Germany and 17 other European countries is still "euro", not "euros", and it is split into 100 "cent", not "cents".

No, you need to refer to them as "LEGO bricks."

Remember that LEGO is a combination of "Leg Godt". Maybe the correct way should therefore be Le'Go'?

I always say 'lego'. And I believe anybody who speaks Dutch would for that matter. It just doesn't sound natural if you say 'legos' in Dutch.

I dont know it depends sometimes i forget and just say legos but i usualy try to remember its Lego

I call it Lego because that's its name (even though it really isn't accoringt to Lego TLC).

I'll use Legos if i'm joking, and i'll bother to call them Lego bricks if i'm being faecetious or pretentious.
