Thank you so much AntiZombie :)

Some small details of this assembly, while waiting for the continuation:

I've assembled about 9000 parts, structures included here.
I estimate that with the roller coaster and the scenery, I should be in the range of 20,000 - 25,000 parts.
You can also see the power box that lights the tower of the panoramic restaurant.
Can't wait for the last order from Lego to arrive, so I can finish the roofs of the left building.

This building is a free inspiration of the one found in volume 5 of the comic Zombillénium "Black Friday".

Some info :
- Just over 7000 bricks laid
- Almost 100 hours of work since the beginning of the construction, at least half of which were spent dismantling and redesigning whole sections of the building
- 1m high
- 48 x 48 studs, not including the part of the kiosk at the front.

I've been following this since practically the beginning: Great work, and I'm glad to see you're still working on it!

Oh thank you Murdoch !

Yeah, I think it will be finished in 2 or 3 years. I will present you ASAP the next quarter I will build before the end of this year.

Amazing project, it's easy to see how much passion you have for this, with so much attention to detail! Also very cool to see how the author has supported you on this! I had no prior knowledge of the source material, but I'll have to check it out now...

Looking forward to future updates!

Thank you so much Berthil !

So happy to present the work in progress on the new Swampland quarter: :

There will be 4 attractions in addition to the restaurant :
- Lead us not into tentacles
- Charity's Bazaar
Placed on one side of Voodoo Street, and on the other :
- Werewolves Den
- Swampland

And I'm taking advantage of my break from exhibiting in France to revisit what's already there, and in particular to modify the parts that suffered during the outings.
This is the case of the park towers, which not content with this refresh, have been fitted with a new Briksmax LED kit. I used the one from the New Beetle Creator, which enabled me to make a rather fine integration, as space is at a premium in certain areas, particularly at the top of the towers, contrary to what you might think.

The restaurant tower is now also lit from below.
The management tower is fully visible, with a view of Francis Von Bloodt's office, which was barely visible before.

Yesterday, I had the surprise to see it blogged to TBB : https://www.brothers-brick.com/2024/11/24/lego-zombie-concert-stage-is-a-graveyard-smash/
So happy !

--> And what about WIP now ?
I'm working to the update of the carroussel :

I disassembled it completely to correct its faults.
I reinforced the hub base, and added a freewheel chain that works like a ball bearing. It wedges the plate of the merry-go-round, and limits friction.
I removed the motor from the hub because it generated too much vibration and therefore tended to move out of alignment. I moved it to another plate for aesthetic reasons, and replaced the extension cable with a transmission system based on Technic ball-and-socket joints.
The system works, but it still generates quite a few jerks. I'll see if I can improve it a bit later.
You'll also notice that the baseplate has been redesigned to make the floors more uniform. It's more sober, but more in the style expected in the comic.

And I'm integrating Briksmax's wireless connectors to the roof of entrance building :

It's easier to install it to the landscape.
