Regarding the color, I like this one but it would not be that distinctive compared to the Chiron.

But what a coincidence though...

I've just seen on the same website there is also the olive green version (looks Defender color)

I don't think Lego will produce 3 pairs of new molds only for this car. And there is a lot of studful involved (trunk and doors). These aspects make me think that this is not the Lego model.

They'll have to make some new molds for this model, LEGO has no other choice. I agree with the studs tho.

Colors do not have to mean much, Porsche and Bugatti were all available in 3 different colors too.

Wasn't the Lego Lamborghini supposed to include a new tapered variant of the 3x13 panel (#18944)? I see at least 3 news panels in the MK picture but none fitting this description.

I think it’s fake, it’s not green which I thought was semi officially confirmed and it’s got too many new panels. If you think the wheels will be new I’d be surprised to have more than 1 new panel too

It's more than obvious that this is fake. It's also clearly visible in the smaller details like the rear view mirrors, which we already concluded were made using the #1 and #2 panel which was visible when looking at the reveal cloth. I just hope someone doesn't copy the image, decreases the resolution, blurres it and spreads it arround the web letting people assume that LEGO's sian got leaked.

I don’t think it’s real, but a few things:

It’s ugly. Absolutely hideous imo.

I’ve been told Porsche wheels are IP of Porsche, and the “real” Lego Sian definitely wouldn’t come with them. I have seen more photos that seemed to show Bugatti rotors, which aren’t really compatible with Porsche wheels either.

One photo showed the Bugatti top speed key, exactly the same just a different colour. Once again making me think it’s not real.

What do you mean fake?

You didn't read the post, you just looked at the picture.

It's not meant to be an image of the Lego Lamborghini, it's MouldKing's "Lanbogini" or some such nonsense.

Also, colour is irrelevant. L*'s Porsche was white, doesn't mean it wasn't a copy.

The question is more where did those panels on the fenders come from: have they pre-information from somewhere inside TLG, or are they a MouldKing own design?

Of course purists won't want these fenders but I wonder if, if they're not equivalent to TLG panels, any MOCers would use them?

Firtst of all, If the mods dont like me posting this, feel free to remove it. It might be the first picture of the LEGO model we have in my opinion. I just wanted to tell y'all that I just found this on The Dark Side Of The Brick:

WeChat-Image_20200425221656-Copy-4.jpg

Either MK is now seriously trying to compete with LEGO by releasing their own version of the same car at the same time, or they already know a lot more about the LEGO model than we do. The second option seems more realistic to me because MK isnt known for making up new molds and pieces.

I agree with some of the notes made earlier.  The “frunk” panel and doors are too much normal bricks; LEGO uses a lot more technic beam and/or panel for that.

I like the blue metallic (Popular color for the Aventador; see my earlier posts with pics !), but I hope it’s going to be a more “in your face” color than that, I.e. lime or purple.

Boys and girls, I think you/we just better start believing it... I really really doubt this would show up, if such a model didn't exist (poorly) hidden somewhere. That metallic green looks excellent though, I just hope the wheels will be different in LEGO version.  And to me it looks great and a great surprise that there are so many new pieces. To bad the design got stolen so quickly... What was the expected price again?

I don't think this has to do anything with the real LEGO version. Big custom pieces, Porsche rims, Bugatti key and tons of weird details.  LEPIN/MOULDKING/whoever does not really need to have access to the real thing to pull this stunt. They know the car and the model, they know the expected scale, they know the release date. All they needed is an acceptable design for once (not too difficult to pay someone to design it) and a little SEO trickery to get a huge amount of preorders (very first result already on google):

If the LEGO version will be much better they'll simply copy that one again for a second version, probably released as LEPIN or another of their countless brands.

The “opening bid” on the real LEGO version is hovering around €380.00...

Well, I guess we'll see in about a good fortnight  It's quite funny how we don't believe that LEGO would make so many new pieces for a certain model -  I think we are in for surprise this time...

The really interesting thing to me is that we’re now only about 1 month away from the real car being released, and we still don’t really know anything yet ?

This was not like that with both the GT3 or the Chiron; LEGO is really trying hard here and is doing an awesome job if you like that it’s still a secret...

I can believe the front fender part; I just hope they make it better looking than that.
They do need a new part for that if they want to believable recreate the slanted nose look that every Lamborghini has.
If that nose is not bang-on it’s going to make the whole car weird and “of size”...

Errmmm..as someone said that it doesn't even have the tapered panel, I think I've just found it (if it's the real): maybe in front of the rear Wheel? Or it's curved a bit? I don't see well

@Seasider MOCers usually don't design new parts...

But to me this looks like a computer render, so these parts might not exist in the real world! There is always Additive Manufacturing / 3D printing / Rapid Prototyping (depending on what you want to call it) that could make some parts. As I said it’s not the colour we’re expecting and it’s got a lot of new panels on it which I wouldn’t expect. I spot 3 new panels, front wheel arch and 2 on the rear arch. So that makes 6 new moulds. And it’s on Porsche wheels which look nothing like the Sian wheels.

So I just don’t think this is representative of what we’re going to get and we should just all be patient and wait for official news. It shouldn’t be long now considering all the other Lego releases recently.

Good luck fitting those Porsche rims in Chiron's hubs...

I find it funny they would make specialized panels, but totally fail with the rims.

I don’t think they’ve made anything. I think this is just a computer image. In software you can easily make impossible connections so placing Porsche rims on Bugatti hubs can happen in a computer.

It's not really relevant if Lego Porsche rims fit Lego Bugatti hubs, because these could just as well be an own design of Bugatti rims with Porsche spoke pattern.

If it comes from a moc I don't believe it's a published one.

It's going to ship in June. I'd be confident they have something of a prototype in hand already.
