Colour Charts for Decals / Customization

I spend my afternoon and created just another color chart based on this list:

Whats different about this ? All colors use the Pantone colors, which means if you have a Pantone color capable application you can import the PDF and just reuse the colors stored there. Maybe it is helpful.

Maybe I'm just stupid but Light Nougat/Light Flesh seems to be missing here?

It's not included in the first table in this thread nor in the Pantone Colors linked in the post above yours (as it does not appear in the list it's based off), but you can find in Hinckley's second post (with a minifig hand as example).
