robin_1456 Posted February 27, 2020 Posted February 27, 2020 hi. I have a L-MOTOR that is not working right the problem is when is use for 2mins it starts to slowly stop turning, its like is fighting against an invisible force. I went to LEGO and day said day have send me a replacement L-MOTOR and day said I don't have to send the L-MOTOR back to them and I will see if it works when I get it. if you have a LEGO motor and it is under the 90-day guaranty you should get one for free. S.I Posted February 27, 2020 Posted February 27, 2020 (edited) Customer service is nice. I had a broken M motor once and LEGO sent a replacement and all they asked for was to return the broken one for testing/diagnosis/post mortem pretty please. Edited February 27, 2020 by S.I Quote
Jurss Posted February 28, 2020 Posted February 28, 2020 And it is undrstandable, that they need that broken to get back, not to only investigate it, but to be shure, that You just don't want second one for free. Quote
Maaboo the Witch Posted February 28, 2020 Posted February 28, 2020 I had an M-motor packaged with 42070 that started making a scraping noise when it span. Luckily I had a spare to hand. Then there was the L-motor whose cable got chewed up by 42080's pump because I hadn't kept them separate - I ordered a replacement for that and it came pretty promptly. Quote
TechnicRCRacer Posted February 28, 2020 Posted February 28, 2020 I have a servo motor that just died one day, the wires probably broke a little. Maybe I can fix it someday. Quote
